Flatsales
Flatsale prices are: 6k
There are a few different styles in which our flatsales are done.
  • Speed
      This type of sale is first come first serve. Flatsale previews will be posted and at the specified time, Fairy Azalia will post 'GO!' in green, bold, large font. You simply have to claim which pet number you would like.
      Remember, however, that you may not edit your post in any way, shape, or form! If someone posts the same number as you, but they posted it first, you must try again for a different number if you have time.
      More specific rules may be posted nearer the time of the event.

  • Flaffle
      Flaffles are run for those who may not have speedy computers. Flatsale previews will be posted up. Once Fairy Azalia posts 'Flaffle GO!' in green, bold large font, you will be allowed to claim one flaffle ticket (you can claim two if you're proxying for someone, but one person can only own one ticket -- you can't get a billion friends to proxy for you and get more tickets).
      It is important that when you claim a ticket, you post your preference list. This is so we do not have to wait long before giving away the pets!
      By the way, claiming a ticket is free, although you will have to pay the flatsale price upon winning.
      Ticket claiming will go on for a few minutes to an hour (you will be notified how long you have when we post previews). Once this time period is over, there will be a 5 minute in-thread silence to make sure everyone who claimed a ticket is on the list and that no one has been missed (if you posted and were not put on the list, please tell us!). Tickets will be in order by which the ticket claim was posted.
      After the 5 minute in-thread silence, Azalia will then begin rolling. If your number is rolled, you will receive a pet (depending on your preference list and order of selection). You'll have to send over a trade with the flatsale price within 24 hours, or you will not receive the pet.
      More specific rules may be posted nearer to the event.

  • Dice
      A sale based on luck. Azalia will post up flatsale previews, and afterwards she will make a post, rolling a certain amount of dice. To win a pet, you will have to match the number she rolls using the same amount of same-sided dice as Azalia.
      The first person to roll the number (or get closest to it in a certain time-frame) will be able to pick which pet they would like first, and this method will continue until all of the pets are won! (Note that after you've won once, you can't try rolling for another one.)


Auctions
    Auctions will be held for Azalia's finer picks, including customs, edited pets, and rarer species.
    Auction starting bids will be 5k.
    Minimum bid increments are 1k.
    There may or may not be an auto-buy, but there will always be an anti-snipe guard of 20 minutes.
    More information will be posted along with each auction.


Raffles
    Are you feeling lucky? Enter a raffle!
    Raffle ticket cost will depend on the raffle, but they will usually be 100g each. You will be allowed to purchase as many tickets as you want, unless stated otherwise.
    Specific rules will be posted with each raffle, so please pay attention.

Four elemental sisters were made one day, born to protect this world. Together they possessed a power greater than any man could know, and with this power in their hearts they ruled a kingdom that spanned far and wide. For a long while, the people of their world were quite content with life, following the fairies' rules and living peacefully with each other. Yet there came a time when disquiet stole over the land. Two powerful families -- the Arunali and Masunvia -- decided they did not like being ruled (why, they could be doing all the ruling!) and split apart, creating their own kingdoms. Those with greed in their hearts took to these new kingdoms as followers.

This caused disquiet in the original kingdom; if there were those who were willing to leave a peaceful rule in a grab for power, what else would they do? Fearing for themselves and those still loyal to them, three of the Fairy Sisters created a barrier around the enchanted forest Izalia in which they were located. Combining their power of fire, water, and air, they sealed the capital city of [name] away from prying, evil eyes. The fourth sister, Azalia remained near the city, but the other sisters -- their power spent -- fell into a catatonic sleep, frozen in time for centuries. Soon enough the forest and its residents were forgotten to the two split-off kingdoms, and the people of the land led their lives in ignorance of each other. The magic of the fairies bled into the forest, turning it into something more magical than it was before. All remained quiet -- until recently.

Izalia residents have been finding creatures in their homes, and becoming strangely attuned to them. These "pets" have the uncanny property of instilling those who find them with a sense of purpose and adventure, and the ability to go wherever they please. Commoners outside the forest have been finding these pets as well, drawing them into becoming Azalia's followers. Yet the rulers of the two kingdoms are throwing their attentions to the forest as well.

With a conflict brewing, will Azalia be able to protect the people she loves? Will she be able to bring peace fo the world, and get her sisters back...?

Azalia is one of the four Fairy Sisters, having power over the element earth.

She has been in this world since the beginning of time, although it is unknown where she and the sisters came from. There are many different folk tales and legends about the beginning, but even the sisters do not know the truth of their origin, so no one can say for sure.

Azalia is the patron of the forest Izalia and the city [name], located deep within the enchanted forest. The city was quite prosperous and renowned in the time of the Fairies' rule. It is still a grand site, though it is no longer open to outsiders; those who live in it mostly keep to themselves.

She lives in the depths of the forest by herself, in her own little house. She is quiet and rarely seen by the people of Izalia, although she is still there for them. On their part, they never question her methods or doubt her, knowing that they owe their peaceful lifestyle to her. Everyone in the forest loves her, including the creatures. She loves all animals, enjoys herbal tea, and adores twilight -- just when the stars come out.

She loves her three sisters dearly, and longs for the day that they will be revived peacefully, without threat of losing their lives.

Izalia
Izalia surrounds the town of [name] and is found between the North and the South Kingdoms. Its name is well-deserved; the Forest has many magical qualities about it. The laws of space and time are broken here.

Many times a traveler has gone in a certain direction for many miles searching for one place or another, coming to find it only after a very long trek. A different person may start where the first did and head in a completely different direction and stumble upon the same place within a matter of minutes. Someone else may never reach their destination at all. It is impossible to obtain a map for the Forest, as it's different for everyone, and anyway, it doesn't like to stay where you think it should.
Those foolish enough to eat a bite of an innocuous mushroom may find themselves shrunken in size, or enlarged, or turned into a rock. Anyone taking a piece of the Forest with them that they shouldn't be may find similar effects occurring as well.
The list of curiosities can go on and on.

Talking animals in such a place are the norm, though it's not often that they talk to outsiders. It should come as no surprise, however, that mythical creatures have been appearing within the Forest's boundaries.

Residents of Izalia and the town of [name] can usually circumnavigate their way around the tricks of the Forest; often it accommodates them by making their travels and searches easier. Those with more malign intent may find it much harder to get where they're going.

A place of possibility and peril, this is the place to go to if you want adventure.

North Kingdom:
The North Kingdom, run by the Arunali family, has long been a prosperous area, holding much land under its wing. The Kingdom has spread far up north, but until now it has remained uninterested in the south -- Izalia. Although the residents acknowledge the existence and use of magic, it is not something seen often, and is often viewed with fear. The Forest is seen as a dark place, where people enter and never leave.

Yet recently, [family member] has caught wind of an intriguing power lurking in the forest -- the power left over from the three Fairy Sisters. [name] covets it; possession of their hearts (the legendary source of the fairies' magic) would give [him/her] much power, enough to seize the crown from the current ruling [familyname] member, [name of king/queen]. Peasants and citizens of the kingdom have also been threatening to revolt in some regions, and rebellion has been close to breaking out several times. The hearts could fix all that -- and why stop there? The Kingdom could take over vast tracts of land with them in possession.

South Kingdom
Another big kingdom on the opposite side of the Forest, the South Kingdom has many of the same ideologies as the North Kingdom, although they seldom ever meet or even know much about each other. Under the rule of Masunvia, the Kingdom has expanded far and wide, encompassing much of the area to the south.

It is interesting to note that the ruler, [name], has a penchant for all things exotic and magical. It is often standard fare for rich merchants and visitors to bring unique gifts -- statues and amulets, fantastic plants, and so on and so forth -- as a show of good will and loyalty. [name] isn't amassing these things just for show; the sheer magical potential within all these items has been growing to staggering amounts. Something of note is that the use of magic has been outlawed within this Kingdom, perhaps because [name] wants to keep [him/herself] the sole magic-user within the city. All those people bringing those nice gifts are skirting the law; luckily for them that they have been bringing their goods to just the right person.

Not too long ago, [name] was told of an ancient, powerful artifact residing in the Forest to the north. It is said that the fairies of old still linger, and it is somehow possible to harvest their power. This would cement [ruler's name]'s power as absolute. [He/she]'s hired [a company of blah/members of the [guild]/someone or other] to go into the Forest and search this artifact down. It's a discreet operation that will take some time to get going, seeing as no one really knows much about the Forest.

Goryn are usually born from eggs, which are often found sitting in piles of fairy dust.

They are rather catlike in their attitude; they are independent and aloof throughout their lives, even when they are little. You can attempt to care for a Goryn, but they are perfectly fine by themselves if they are left alone. When young, they can be especially moody and difficult in their attitude. However, they can also form a very close bond with their "owners," following them around and lending help and advice as needed. The Goryn are a very wise race, especially as they grow older, and are a fount of all kinds of knowledge.

Delveni are a devious bunch, often getting themselves and others into trouble through their antics. They are the tricksters of Izalia, yet they are also full of curiosity, in a very innocent, non-malicious way. They are incredibly loyal -- although they may often be out and about causing all sorts of trouble, they will be there for you in your times of need.

Delveni are summoned forth from special crystals which contain their essence. A bond is usually formed between the Delveni and the crystal's carrier before they are ever "born," and this bond remains strong throughout life.

Drosela also come from "eggs," which are slightly rounder-looking than the Goryn eggs.

Drosela are, in general, a very gentle race. When young, they are very playful, always looking for a game or for someone to cheer up. They do seem to calm down a bit as they grow older, but they never lose their sense of humor. Despite their gentleness, they have the means to defend themselves and their owners against any perceived threats.



Mazka are very loyal, much like all the other races. They are very affectionate towards their owners and often others as well; socializing is something a Mazka does best. It is not rare to see one chatting it up with other residents of the forests, and they are great for making new friends or patching up your relations. It is hard to be unsociable around such social creatures.

Oftentimes the appearance of Mazka is preceded by one finding a horn.
