When it gets to the rules section, a lot of threads just say something along the lines of "Oh even though we all hate rules, here they are! Follow them!"
They make the rules seem like kind of a joke.
But these rules here are actually really important. And it's really important that you follow them.

Here are all the forms for ordering. Please choose the appropriate form!
Basic graphics include buttons, banners, icons, post formats and anything else. Use the basic form for these.

Be specific with colours. Please provide me with hex codes or a palette from colourlovers

You MUST have permission to use any images you provide me. Use stock images if you don't have permission. Google images does NOT count as stock images. Try sxc or publicdomainpictures. You can also check deviantArt but you must follow the stock artist's rules. If they say you can't use it outside of deviantart, then don't give me that picture. For more information, see this.

This is where you pickup your graphics. Don't forget to save all graphics on your own server! You can use free image hosts such as tinypic or imageshack or photobucket if you have an account.

Here's a list of a bunch of resources I use(d). And...check them out! Yup. I'm going to try to keep this updated. It's only fair to those people. So. Yeah, most of them will be text links. Any banners are not there because I prefer them, but because one of their terms of use is to link with a banner.
