We're trying to get a "Heated" rating, so try and keep the number at the top left to "0"!

Deep in the forest is a grove filled with curving ancient trees and soft grasses that blanket the forest floors.
Crystal green leaves stretch overhead, delicious fruits grow in multitudes and crystals bloom around the waters edge....

common sense

Be courteous. This shop is here for our mutual enjoyment. If you aren't enjoying yourself, please cool off elsewhere.

Do not copy our art or ideas. That would make us not happy. Keep in mind that all pet shops draw inspiration from other pet shops, just keep it reasonable. Lets keep it 'inspired by' and not 'copied from'.

Please don't beg for an Ippin. We hate to turn anyone away, but we will. We strive to be fair to everyone, and we can't make pets for everyone! There aren't enough hours in the day!

There will be no joint-owning of Ippin. It's just too much work and often too much drama.

Each Ippin is unique and special. Although you can choose items for your Ippin, there is a random aspect to their design. If you don't like this, perhaps this is not the shop for you!

crystals

Gold is not accepted here. All purchases are to be made using the crystal system. If you do not have the appropriate number of crystals prior to the event, you are out of luck.

Crystals are not always on sale. Crystals are obtainable primarily through shop games and participation. Occasionally, they will be purchasable, but the main concept is to promote shop activity.

Crystals are non-transferable! No exceptions.

roleplay

No god-modding! Nothing ruins a roleplay more than doing it improperly.

Be serious, please. Sure, you can have fun, but please don't do something dumb in a formal roleplay as if you could care less. If you can't roleplay properly, please don't.

Literacy is loved! We'd quite prefer you use literate roleplays here. I know for a fact that luck dragons don't talk "l!ek d!z!!!1".

When in doubt, follow the Daisy Code. It is a wonderful source for roleplay and should be reviewed before roleplay begins.

Anyone can be involved in roleplay. Whether or not you have an Ippin, you are free to join us in exploring Crystal Grove.

Only Ippin can live in Crystal Grove. Other pets and characters can still interact and be a part of Crystal Grove, but they cannot live here.

Ippin cannot leave Crystal Grove. This is their home, and it is where they wish to stay. You are free to introduce a human to them, but they are not domesticated.

Your Ippin can talk with each other. But like animals in real life, they cannot talk to humans. They are likely to be able to communicate with other creatures.

stages

the luck dragon

Luck Dragons are cheerful, flighty and wise. While they love to help strangers they also will quickly forget promises they have made unless someone reminds them.
They bring good luck to those around them. They rarely get angry and are always find the cheer and laughter in everything.
Noteables: They have beautiful large eyes and brilliantly colored scales. They adore fruit and will eat anything you give them. They are easy to befriend, too! They are definitely one of the more rare Ippin in the grove.

the tanuki

They are always having A Fuss about this or that. They are somewhat sour creatures that live in the trees. They are happiest when playing pranks on others or curled up for a nap in their favorite branch. Tanuki are fickle but once they know they can trust you they'll stick with you.
Noteables: They love Shadow Fruit the most but when coaxed will eat other types. They have very large jewel-like eyes and a full bushy tail. They take great pride in their tails. They are frequently seen in the trees in the grove.

the kirin

Kirin are lovely creatures that adore being admired. Give them plenty of attention and they'll never stray. Covered in fur and scales they'll prance around the the pond and watch their reflections.
Noteables: They have a single crystal horn coming out of their forehead and a fluffy fur mane. They love all fruits except Shadow Fruit. Those give them tummy aches. They are frequently found in the medows of the grove.

the tengu

Tengu are sweet and simple creatures, sensitive to others moods. They don't get along too well with the somewhat grumpy Tanuki but have great fun with Luck Dragons. They enjoy gentle scritching pets under their feathers and long flights high above the trees.
Noteables: Their beaks and claws are glossy and crystaline. They adore sweet cocoa and prism lychee. They are frequently found in nests above the crystal caves and in the trees nearby.

the kitsune

Kitsune are mysterious and are more likely to let others speak than to speak themselves. They slip silently in and out of the thickets with ease, the thorns and brambles never catching their fur. Large luminous eyes seem to hold secrets they don't plan on telling anyone....
Noteables: They are born with a large pearl embedded in their forehead. They are one of the rarest of creatures in the grove and if you make friends with them they're sure to remain close. They live in the thickets of the grove.

Here in the Crystal Grove item shop you can purchase all the yummy fruits and decorative powders you need in order to spoil your Ippin.
To better understand how these items will effect your Ippin, consider this.
All Ippin are born without color, in order for them to change and become colorful you need these items. Make sure to buy these before your Ippin grows so we can include them.
If you have trouble deciding what to buy just ask Crystal Grove for advice; They'll happily give you a hand.

fruits

5 each.

Shadowfruit by power of the shadow
Dark and tart, this fruit is not liked by all Ippin. The shimmering tones of the meat can range from purple to dark blue to magenta.
Seapeas by power of the sea
Salty-sweet peas that are found in or by the sea. The pods tend to be slightly translucent and the peas themselves are irridecent.
Prism Lychee by power of rainbows
Brilliant transparent fruit that gets very mess while eaten. When held up to the light it will break up light into rainbows.
Fireplum by power of fire
The fireplum is a spicy sweet fruit that is tastes warm when bitten into. When fresh picked or on the vine the fruit glows with an inner fire.
Bluepeary by power of blue
Thick dark fruit that glows slightly irridescent, it's sweet and tastes amazing with heavy cream.
Limon Fruit by power of citrus
Pucker-your-mouth sour while being sugary sweet. This fruit is very healthy for your Ippin and becomes perfectly ripe in spring.

Moonshine by power of the night
This shiny beverage is often a big hit among many. It is said that some of the oddest berries were picked to create this combination.
Strawberry Fields Smoothie by power of the berries
This quite delightful smoothie is very, very sugary. It's often quite chilled, however, so make sure your Ippin doesn't get brainfreeze!
Sweet Cocoa by power of chocolate
This warm and sweetened drink is perfect for a cold day anywhere. It rich chocolatey taste is soothing to the senses, and can be made in mere minutes.
Jungle Juice by power of the jungle
Made with ingredients found deep within the heart of the jungle, this tasty treat is considered the best juice for younger Ippin. They seem to love it's wacky wild taste that is different with every sip!

Said to have the opposite effects of Moonshine, this soda is pleasing to any Ippin who enjoy quite fizzy carbonation mixed with the refreshing taste of a new morning.
Tropical Punch by power of the beach
Fiesta! This delicious drink is great for entertaining crowds. Have you ever tried the limbo?
Limonade by power of fruits
Made from some of the best Limon Fruits in the land, this sweet drink has a very sour aftertaste! Every drink has an extra added hint of fruit flavour.
Pomegrape Soda by power of purple
Made with some rare fruits and artificial flavoring, this sizzling soda is a great drink to have on a sunny day when you are hanging with some friends.

Stripe Potion by power of stripes
A tart potion that causes stripes to appear on coats of fur or scales.
Silver Dust by power of silver
Sprinkle this dust on an Ippin to turn features to sterling silver.
Spotting Powder by power of spots
A soft translucent powder that will add spots to fur or scales.
Golden Dust by power of gold
A rare collection of dust that will imbue your Ippin with shining gold colors.
