Q: I dont have an image host.

A: I suggest you use Photobucket. All you need is an e-mail adress.



Q: Can I give a kitty to a friend?

A: Sure! Just tell me so I know. I'll send the cat to your inbox, unless you ask me to send it to them.



Q: Can I send someone an anonymous gift?

A: Of course, just tell me.



Q: Can we order more than one kitty at a time or just one, wait, and then order a second?

A: Either way is fine!
You can fill multiple orders in one post, or come back later for more kitties!



Q: What's the blue swirly thing?

A: It's called a hitodama (人魂: human soul)
They are the spirit of the newly deceaced. Basicly, they float around and trick people. They like to stay near graveyards and gloomy places, and people with high psychic powers.



Q: What is that font you use?

A: It's Seraphim.



Q: Can you write my kitty's name in kanji?

A: Yes, just make sure there's no confusion in the character(s) (they can have different pronounciation, and the same sound can be written differently).
You can either give me the kanji itself, the stroke count or the Skip code.
If you want a Japanese name but don't know how to say or write it, I can look it up for you.



Q: I want to place my kitty on a page with a dark background. Can you put black behind my cat instead of white ?

A: Of course, just add a note under your order.



Q: Why don't I have my kitty yet?

A: First of all, I'm not online 24/7, so sometimes you have to wait. It's hard, I know.
If you asked for many new items, it'll take more time to be done than a request with less new items.
If you haven't sent the trade, I haven't started on your kitty.
If you don't follow the rules or TOS, you'll likely be ignored.
If you didn't fill the form properly, I won't have any remorse making you wait.
If you use abusive chat speak, I probally won't understand you.
Common sense, really.



Q: You missed/forgot something on my kitty...

A: Five possibilities:
1- Yep, I really did forget something, just tell me what's wrong with it.
2- Your order really wasn't clear.
3- Some items will be partially or totally hidden under others. I try to move them around, but sometimes it just doesn't work.
4- You didn't add up the right total price (and/or you asked for a new items, but used the catalogue price).
5- You asked for too many items.
