Simple enough: just post any 100x100 images that can be used as icons on msn/livejournal/myspace/... and make this the walhalla for people looking for some shiny new icons.
It can be icons you found or made, anything! But please don't combine multiple icons into one image, it makes it hard for people to pick out ones they like. Do combine multiple icons into one post, though!
Please don't strech the page. Just put a little space inbetween your images.
