I read over the forum rules for Quetions and Assistance so sorry if I put this thread in the wrong area.

I want to start a petition about a manga. It isn't Gaia related, but I don't see petitions on A/M/C unless it has to do with voice actors....

I'm terribly confused right now. Sorry if I caused any kind of trouble. Thank you for your time.
