Hey everyone!...This is a petition for Final Fantasy look-a-like items. There are already a few items around Gaia that work, and we're asking for more. So any of you other Final Fantasy fans out there, lend us your support and share your suggestions with us. What FF like items do you want the most? What do you want them to look like? Remember, we're going for look-a-likes, not the exact same. Even for those of you who aren't Final Fantasy fanatics, what clothing, accessories, and items from the many Final Fantasy series would you like to see? And we can't forget, what items do you not want to see?

Final Fantasy is a very popular series among the users of this site. The clothing and items range from simple straight dresses or shorts, to more complicated accessories and armor. The items could be easily encorporated into other Gaian cosplay as well as the average users daily wardrobe. The variety and styles in the series offers a palette with a wide selection that would have something for everyone.

2. Whether you agree or not, please give sugguestions for improvement or thought out reasons for your disagreement so we can at least know why you feel or think the way you do and so that we can get/give a better impression of what Gaian users as a whole feel about this.

4. There is only allowed six items in each category. Do not suggest in that category if it is full, most characters can already be cosplayed without more items.

Here's a list of Final Fantasy look-a-like sugguestions. If you see something here you would also like, post an let us know. Have other options or sugguestions for already listed items, post those as well so we can add them. Have anything that's not on the list yet, post it! Try to be as descriptive as you can. Be it what the material's made out of, the cut or style, other colors it could come in (and maybe other popular series it could be used for dressing up as as well), etc...
The list is divided up by Final Fantasy series and character, with the more popular and recent one's given inividual sections [may change depending on how many sugguestions are made]. For sugguestions that appear in numerous series, the sugguestion item will be placed under the specified character if sugguestor mentions one, or added below a the first character it relates to.

Items In General
Black Mage
[Items]
-Mage robes. The Robes should be unisex and have long sleeves with a silky shimmer to it, no dullness at all. Colorwise, black, a dark purple or a dark blue. The body should be covering down to the feet-possibly go over them.
-Mage Hat
-Staff
White Mage
[Items]
-Mage Robes. A mere white coat with a small shimmer to it as well, and a hood please, but make sure it stays off and hangs loosely in the back.
-Staff
Red Mage
[Items]
-Mage Robes. More so a a red cloak. Either velvety in texture or a simple cotton. A medieval/Old English style with a slight currled flow to it.

Aeris
[Items]
- A small red jacket with short sleeves, on those sleeves metal cylinders surround the arm and finish off the jacket. The jacket should have a cotton-like look to it and not a shimmer but more of a dullness, in a good way, of course. the collar should be folded and the middle, open with a few buttons going down.
[Hair]
- In the front, the forehead is clean and there is no acess hair. though on the sides, pertruding from the top are two marvelous "v" shaped bangs which dangle just about down to the cheeks of the face. Near the shoulders should be two strands of hair loose on the sides that look nearly twisted around. In the back, a simple long braid will do, nothing more. These all, are required for only the girls, thank you.
Cloud Strife
[Items]
- A spiked shoulder pad. Either part of a shirt or a seperate item. It should look rusty and aged.
-Belt straps that go across the chest. They should have a leathery texture look to them and should be located near the sides of the chest.
-A gynumbus sword. Large, silver, and shiny. It shouldn't look too rusty or aged-just a tad bit. All the items above for Cloud, obviously for the gender of boys only.
Sephiroth
[Items]
-The villan who did it all and..killed someone very important. His clothes design was requested though i see enough on gaia already. All it is, a long black cloak with long black pants, the chest area is open with two brown belts criss-crossing over it. The shoulders have a white shoulder pad on each one. The chest area should only be covered by the belts say in the fraction of 3/4. the rest should be a black shirt, going around the body. For the pants, the knees should have coverings/pads too, they should also be white.
-His EVIL sword , the masamune. All it has to be is a very very very long, skinny sword with a square-like base where the blade starts, should be rimmed with a black circular ring. It's a simple thing to make, really.
[Hair]
His hair is much like Aeris's. All of it is the same except for the fact he doesn't have it in a braid. The two bangs on the side are still there and hanging. The back should just be flowing freely, maybe swaying off to the side so people can see it. The middle has the shape of a "V" and the forehead is clean, this hairstyle and all items for Sephiroth, are for boys.
Yuffie
[Items]
-Her awesome little shirt she wears, it should have a cotton-like look, no sleeves, it should be a shade of dark green or so and have a turtleneck. It's simple and much like ordinary clothes so I need no explain more.

Squall

-Our SeeD's necklace was requested for! All it is? A simple silver chain going around the neck, and the attachment is a simple lionhead. Any lionhead would do, just a sideways lionhead, roaring proudly. It's fangs should be sharp and look somewhat....deadly? This is for boys only.
Rinoa
[Items]
-Her blue sweeper that's oh-so loved, all it should be is a light blue cost-like clothing, except the only part where it is hanging on to you is near the chest area. Put no angel wings on it because then it wouldn't be a look-a-like. the chest area should include a small bow tieing two ends together. The sweeper should flor dowm to the ankles or so. They should have a wool like tone to them. For girls only.

Garnet
[Items]
-Her suit-like clothing, an orange jumpsuit if you may. It should have a curve like neck shape, semi circle-like. At the knees there should be holes that are sqaures, no belts because then it wouldn't be a look-a-like.
The should be longsleeved and have a shiny tone to them.

Yuna

-Arm warmers were requested here. All they should be are detachable sleeves that wrap around the arms and have a silky look to them. them should start from the wrist and end where the elbow is. Colors that were suggested were maybe: white with a tint of purple/green/blue/light blue. This should be only for girls.
Tidus

-The blitzball players necklace of course! Make it shiny! All it has to have is a nice silver chain for the neck and then for the attachment, charm etc., the design of a crooked "y" would do, the "y" should be backwards, (facing the left) and at each end of the "y" there should be a curve going in, slanting inside towards the middle of the chest. This should be for boys and girls. 3nodding

Our favorite Black Magician's dress is wanted for the girls, though i can't say why it was requested..by a boy? Oh well. All it is a black dress that starts from the shoulders and goes across and down. The top of the dress's hem should be lined with fur. Going down, near the thighs, the cloth look should be gone and instead, millions of belts and straps going over each other randomly will go down in that area and only in that area. The rest will still be outlined in the cloth. The dress should have long sleeves which increase in size as it goes down the arm. The end of the sleeves on the hem, should be lined with fur. The hem of the dress (the bottom) should also be lined with fur. Thus, finishing the dress.

Yuna
[Items]
-Gunner legpads, these are great to have. They should be a simple cloth running down the left (or right) leg. These can/cannot be unisex, it doesn't matter. They should have a main color, take for instance white, and a tint color which designs the cloth in a stripe pattern. They should be looking like overlapping (and should be one after the other) pieces of paper, each one overlapping each other and ending with a zigzag. You may want to decorate the end with just a curl or two. --->\/\/\/\/\/\/.
-I'd understand not being able to do the "J" symbol in her shirt, that's a real task to try and draw. The items should include a cotton white halter top-esque shirt with a pink, hood-like collar, two golden metal rings, and a pink fringe at the bottom. Also include either the yellow bands on her arms or the black wristband.
Rikku
[Items]
-A Scarf is all we need. It should be a long scarf like the angelic sash, but going around the neck, then behind the back hanging out to the left/right side. It should be the colors red, yellow and orange a little. and the ends of the scarf, there should be strings or frills. This would also be for girls only.
[Hair]
-A Hairstyle for Rikku was requested! Rikku's hairstyle is a simple ponytail and in the front is a blue headband to hold up her bangs. Coming out of the headband should be many braids, please make them uneven if you have to. The braids should bel shouler length and some should be in the back, a bit shorter, say stopping it at the neck. The ponytail should also have some dangling loose braids, as her hair should look a bit..messy. It should be down to about the middle of the back. This would be for girls..ONLY.
- Songstress--Uhm, "fly like an eagle?" This is made of a halter top with white frill for the stand-up turtleneck collar and white frills down the front. The shirt goes off to the side to reveal the stomach and forms a pointed train down to the knees in back with the white frill as the hemming. The shirt itself is orange. There is a blue-violet tie connected to the shirt. The miniskirt has a silver belt with three rings in the front, the miniskirt is frilly and dark violet-blue. The gloves are orange and nearly shoulder length with dark violet blue feathers for the top hem. The boots are knee-high and in the same style as the gloves. You should try to include a microphone, if possible.
