I'm closing the shop until I can get organized and set aside time for the edits. School comes first, and it's not making time for orders. I'm very sorry to everyone on the lists. Once I re-open again, anyone who wants an edit will have to re-order. I'm so behind with the orders I don't know who still wants them after so long.
Please note: When I open again there will be a limited waiting list.

-Introduction-
Here at Khari's Costumes, your avatar can be dressed as any character from an anime, video game, or movie! If you have a custom design you want, I can do that too, as long as there is a reference picture.
Please note that I will not do costumes for characters unless there is a reference picture.
Also note that I will not change the hairstyles of avatars, unless it is something very simple (such as changing the girls long hair to look like Chi's hair from Chobits). Currently I do not change hair color, either. This may change in the future.
-Samples-
Of course you're going to need samples of the costumes that I have created. Here are three costumes I have done for my avatar:

From left to right, it is Aerith (Kingdom Hearts version), Sailor Jupiter (Sailor Moon), and Presea (Magic Knight Rayearth). These are all considered Simple designs. Presea has an ID tag. More on that later.

-Pricing-
The price of the costume depends on how complicated it is and whether or not you want extras. It also depends on whether or not I have already made the costume.
New costume:
Simple - 150g
Medium - 225g
Hard - 300g
Premade costume:
Simple - 50g
Medium - 80g
Hard - 125g

Extras include wings, weapons, etc. For example, if you wanted a Van costume (Escaflowne) it would be a simple costume. However, if you wanted his wings as well, that is considered an extra and it would cost 50g more.
I will decide whether a costume is Simple, Medium, or Hard, but I will take input from customers. If it's a really detailed costume, expect it to be considered Hard. If it doesn't have a lot to it, Simple. Somewhere in between (simple and detailed parts) consider it Medium.
I need a naked avatar in order to do the edits. If you don't have one, I can get one of your avatar, but it will cost you 50g extra.
You can also choose not to have a reference picture. HOWEVER it will cost another 150g. I know that price is steep, but I'd like for people to post reference pictures so I don't have to hunt for a picture of a character I may not even know. If the reference picture you post isn't good enough (too small, etc), I'll let you know so you can post a different one. If you want me to find another one that will cost an extra 100g.
-Ordering-
In order to get a costume for your avatar, please post in this thread. Please don't PM me. They will be ignored. Once you post, I'll PM you with a price and put you on the list (whichever applies at the moment).
-Payment-
Once I'm finished with your costume, I will PM you with a notice and put you on the finished list. Send your trade with your order in the subject line and I will post in the pickup area with the finished product.
Please don't send your trade until I'm done with your costume! It's just easier for me to keep track that way. If you do, I won't accept the trade until your costume is finished.
-Extra-
1. I will not host your image for you. Once the costume is finished and you have the costume, I will be deleting the image within a week.
2. I have the right to use whatever costumes I make as samples.
3. Any comments or suggestions, please post in this thread.
4. Do not claim my edits as your own!

Er... You don't. These images are for your signature only and cannot be worn like Gaia clothing you find in shops.
2. Will you host the image for me?
I'm sorry, but no.
3. How do I pay?
You use a trading pass which you can get from the bank.
4. How long will it take?
It depends where you are on the list. I realize that I'm not very fast at cranking out edits, so it might take a while. I do try my best, but I have a job and hobbies outside of Gaia.
5. I don't have an image of my avatar, is that okay?
Yes, but it will cost extra for me to find it.
6. I don't have an image of the edit I want, is that okay?
Yes, but it will cost extra for me to find it.
7. Will you edit hair?
Not currently. But I can try (for no extra cost)! I don't guarantee good results, though...
8. Will you change the position my avatar is in?
Again, not currently, but I can try, but don't guarantee good results.
9. Will you make it animated?
I don't animate them, but once again, I can try if you want me to.
10. Where is it once it's done?
I'll PM you the costume and put it up in the pick-up area located in this post. If you still can't see it, I'll definitely work something out to get it to you.
