Buying the Farm....literatly



Before informing you of the rules for the shop; I'd like to introduce you to a special offer only available at Rural Paradise (The new name of the shop). It's called buying the farm...

What is Buying the Farm? It's a system to allow you to get your hands on one of our pets with less effort.

What are the Benifits of Buying the Farm? The discounts of course! This is what I mean:

Raffles: You get 10 extra tickets in all Raffles, even if it's a one ticket per person raffle!

Flatsales: You will be considered above anyone else who doesn't have a farm. For example If I'm selling 5 pets and 5 non farm holders place in all 5 spots, you and any other farm holders will be moved up into those 5 spots!

Auctions: 10% off in all auctions!

How do I get hold of a farm? You first need to contact me for an application (nothing difficult...basically you just need to get my attention ^_~). Then you pay a small fee and get a deed from me (Meaning you will get listed on the thread). Once that happens you can start to use your farm ASAP!

A fee? WTF? Why isn't it free?!! First of all you gain many benefits not available to regular buyers. Secondly, if you ask that question you'll get blacklisted. Thirdly if you don't want to buy it you don't have to. It just will give you more perks and more opportunities to get pets.

Sooo whats the fee to buy a farm? 5k

Any other benifits not metioned? Of course!!! Lets say I have a Secret Santa event coming up. You will get a gift from the shop for free! Also you will get discounts on clothing, certs, and other things in the future as I think about them!

You metioned 10% off at an auction, what happens if I want to co-own can we get 20% off? Sorry, one discount for the both of you! *This may get changed in the future though depending on how high the auctions go*

Flatsales



How do Flatsales Work? I will put up pets/familiars for sale then after I post "GO" the first people to claim the pets get them.

Whats the Price? Depends on what I'm selling

How long do I have to pay? 2 hours after the Flatsale

What if I don't have the money? If you can't pay, then you get blacklisted, and your pet goes to the next person.

Can I buy a Farm in the middle of a Flatsale? Sure you can buy it, but it won't be usable till the next flatsale to be fair to all ^_^

So who can enter? Anyone unless I state otherwise (ie. Newbie sales)

What happens if I don't feel like being nice to the winners? You get Blacklisted

Auctions



What is an auction? An auction is where you try to outbid another person to win the prize.

Sooo what will be auctioned? Custom pets, Special pets, and other things that will be a surprize ^_^

Who can enter the Auctions? Anyone.

Whats the starting bid? 5k

Whats the Auto-buy? Nothing at the moment.

When will it end? Two weeks from when it starts.

Do you have anti-snip? Yes I do, for each bid in the last few minutes I will extend the auction 10 minutes for the person to counter.

Can I buy a Farm in the middle of a Auction? Sure you can buy it, but it won't be usable till the next auction to be fair to all ^_^

Auctions are not fair!!!! Yea and tell me something I don't know.

Be Nice! Respect the other bidders, no matter how much they outbid you by. Try not to whine about being outbid.

Raffles



What is a raffle? It's random luck of the draw who wins.

How do you pick a winner? http://www.randomizer.org/

How much per ticket? 150g unless it's a free Raffle

Who can enter a free Raffle? Somebody who dosn't have an RP already.

Who can enter the normal raffles? Anyone.

Can I buy a Farm in the middle of a Raffle? Sure you can buy it, but it won't be usable till the next raffle to be fair to all ^_^

Growth Chat

About the dogs (Btw the time to grow will depend on how much you RP! The more you RP the quicker your dogs will grow!):

Pups: They can stay in this state for about 3 weeks to a month. Generally fragile, they need good care and attention. If not properly cared for they may grow up to be hyper and ill mannered.

Teens: Less fragile and more rambunctious. They tend to stay in this state for about 2 months. This is the perfect age to start training your little pup. If not properly trained or supervised they can get into a heap of trouble. Possibly even shred up your house and the clothes you have on your back.

Adults: This is the last stage for the Border collie. What yours looks like is dependant on how you rp it (some B/W adult stages aren't shown yet). If you have ignored your dog up until this stage you will have a very unhappy surprise waiting for you!

Rural Paradise's offical familiar!

What: This is the ONLY buyable familiar for you pet! The rest are given out as Holiday gifts.

How Much? 5k at Flatsales

When will they grow?About 2 weeks per stage.

Why buy one? They help speed up your dogs growth by at least a week or two. Though the more you rp with your familiar the more time will be cut off your dogs growth. Plus they are llamas, do you really need another reason! Plus anyone can buy one!

Normal Breeding (male x female) = 10k
Both owners pay 5k to the breeding expense ^_~

Same NORMAL Gender Breedings = 10k
LOVE SEES NO GENDER AT MY SHOP!!!! It is very possible to breed male x male and female x female combinations! This also holds true for the Unique lineart section but I'm to lazy to add that XD

Unique Lineart Breedings = 50k
25k Per Owner!
This is for people who want to breed Two DIFFERENT dogs together. It is expensive because you will be getting TWO very unique puppies with there very own lineart!

Scientific Breedings = 25k
Ever wanted to breed your pet to itself? Well now you can! Threw our new scientific process you can get pups from a SINGLE parent. But being that this process it quite complicated, you will only yeild ONE offspring from this, but it will not look like its parent and will be Unique!
