It has come to me, that give-aways when dealing with items, do not always work. Sure, I like pampering newblings and friends now and then, however, it is counter-productive. Counter-productive, since I believe in the saying "I can not help someone who doesn't help themselves".

Stating that, I will be selling the following (legalizing this thread even more):

2 April 05 - 1.5K each

This is more of a token payment than anything else. As such, it is set in stone. I do have requirements, and will make them up as I see fit. Needless to say, I will be evil and will let this thread run as I choose.

The gold received from the 2 April 05 letters will go to the following:

3K - Will be sent out in 500 gold increments, to newblings that just joined gaia. I will pick at random from the Memberlist, using the sorting feature by newest first. To help them defray the cost of buying a trading pass.

I must also give out a few things. Some of these rares that I have found, cluttering my inventory.

Much like the terms of my selling, this will be done using requirements that I will make up. So, make yourself as polite and likeable as possible.

Lastly, and this is an extreme maybe. Apparently, X dabbles in illustrations. Examples:
X scanned things
This one was a year ago, a commission.. Unfinished
This one was 3-4 years ago, done by memory, a portrait of a friend.
Done two years ago, to help someone in the Art Forum figure out how to draw something very quick
Done 6-8 years ago, the unscanned version looks a lot better
Done 8-10 years ago, on the school bus


As such, X might be persuaded to do one commission for free. To whom it will go? Even X does not know. X, is evil as aforementioned, and the terms for this would mean showing your picture to X. X does illustrations, where he will merge both features of the avatar and the user together, to create it. So, if you are hot, you know it, and are nice. X might just take your av, and draw you. This is open for everyone, even FYA members. eek

Standard Set Rules

1 - Do not PM me or send trades without me asking.
2 - I haven't decided how I will do this, I will come up with my rule system by page 20, after I see the types of people coming in here.
3 - Just be polite, nice and literate. That is a huge plus for me, and that may be the largest draw to sway me to your direction.
4 - Do not test the patience of any one here. You do that, and I will be immediately turned off.
5 - Check on the "Probable System" it is subject to change in the night. That is what I will go by.
6 - One person per item all the time. Meaning, no one can buy or get more than one thing from me.
7 - If you already have these items, are well off enough, give the newlings a chance. Come on, it is F... Greed to begin with.
8 - I do not like any one lying to me. If you are a mule, or have more than one character, come clean, because if I find out. Besides, I am pretty understanding. I'm telling, and you won't be able to participate in an event like this again. ((hehehe))

My System of Figuring things out

I will be scanning this thread, over and over.
I will be looking for those who are literate enough and are having fun on the thread.
Those that catch my eye, I will check their join dates and past posts to gauge their character.
For the Letters I am selling for an extremely low price, I would probably limit it to users who are Late February 05 and younger.
The 3K I will receive from that sale will definitely go to a random new user who just joined today.
The miscellaneous items that I am giving out, can go to about any one who is looking for it, or if it is in their wish-list(though I doubt it)
As for my probable free art, it could be any one. I do need a picture though. So post your picture here if you wish. Else mention your interest, just once.
It would be good to engage me in conversation, as it would allow me to get to know you better.
