Rules

1. All Gaia rules apply here. This is pretty much a no brainer, break any of the Gaia rules and you will not only be in trouble here you will also be in trouble with many of others.
2. Do not steal any of the art. All of the art belongs to their respective owners, which for the most of it is ours.
3. Do not advertise for your shop or try to sell anything in here. Unless you're offering to become affiliates or it's in your signature, get back to your own board!
4. Don't edit your posts. If you change your mind then post again, don't edit your post thinking you can with out someone noticing.
5. Do not beg for a puppy. You won't get one so don't even try, enough said.
6. Do not PM me. If you have any issues post them here, I'd preffer to keep my inbox clear for other things.
If you break any of these rules you will be gray listed or black listed and there is little, if nothing, you can do to change this.

General F.A.Q.

Q: How do I get one?
A: In a flatsale, an auction, a raffle, or possible bribe.
Q: Do you do customs, if so how much and how can I find if you taking them?
A: Sometimes, depends how I feel at the time. As for price, it will be decided as I get it. If I have a whole bunch of work to do at the time it or if it is difficult it will cost more. If it is simply colors or if I have nothing better to do then it will cost less. However it will most likely cost at least 5000 gold, most likely more. As for if I am taking them, just post your request and I will tell you if I can do it, like I said before if I feel like it, I will, if I don't, too bad. Also post which of the colorers you'd like to do it for you.
Q: Someone else has the name I wanted to name mine, what should I do?
A: If you don't care about the name being the same than it shouldn't matter, if you do than think of something different because I'm not making someone change there puppy's name just because you said so. And don't complain if someone picks the same name as you, it happens. I mean, there are probably a million dogs out there named Spot and nobody is complaining about them.
Q: How long does it take for Puppies to grow?
A: It differs depending on how active you are with your pet and how much time we have to update them. Usually it takes about a week after adopting the can for it to open. The second stage lasts about two weeks. The third stage can last from three to four weeks. And it will no longer age as an adult. However you can purchase items from the shop to slow down or speed up the growing process.
Q: Is there any way I can speed this up?
A: Yes buy a can opener from the store.
Q: Do these require role-playing?
A: Nope, you can if you want, but you don't need too.
Q: Where do I role-play my puppy?
A: Currently there is no role-play board for the puppy, so no where particular yet, you can do it here if you'd like.
Q: Are there any things I get for role-playing?
A: Of course, if you role-play you can get things for cheaper or even free. And of course your pet will probably grow a bit faster. How fast? Depends on how much you role-play.
Q: I don't want my puppy anymore, what can I do?
A: You can give it back to me and I will find a new owner for him or her. Do not sell it or give it to someone without telling me first.
Q: Can I get a refund if I give it back to you?
A: Sorry, no.
Q: Can you add blah-blah-blah to my puppy?
A: Unless blah-blah-blah is in the shop or are willing to pay lots extra then no.
Q: Can I own more than one?
A: Yeah, you can have as many as you want. However you can only get one per event, we need to give others a chance to get one don't we?
Q: OMG! They r soooo cute!!!!!11!one!! Can i lyk have 1?
A: I'm glad you feel that way, but if your going to act like that, then no.
Q: Do I direct link?
A: For now yes, however only until they are adults. Once they are completely grown, you will have to upload it to your own server.

Flatsale F.A.Q.

Q: How much do the puppies cost in a flatsale?
A: They cost 3000g currently, unless I state otherwise.
Q: When is the next flatsale?
A: The date should be somewhere in the flatsale board, if you can't find one there or it says there is no flatsale planned that does not necessarily mean it will be a long time till the next one. It's more of I wake up in the morning and say I'm going to have a flatsale today, quite literally too.
Q: How do I get on during a flatsale?
A: Unlike most there isn't any form to adopt them, this is because gender is random and you name it after the can opens. So you just need to say something like "I want the one that (description of can)" or "I want number #" and send the gold immediately. If there are any problems, such as the can is already taken, I will not except the trade. But once you post please do not alter your post, if you change your mind post again in a different post.
Q: I don't have enough money for one, but could you put it on reserve for me?
A: Nope sorry, this is on a first come first serve basis. Also don't think you can claim it then make the money later, if you don't pay within 24 hours if will go to the next person or back up for sale.
Q: Can we pay you with items?
A: Depends on what the items are. Also I will count the item at the sell back price, unless I actually want them. If the item is worth more then the puppy, you can either have change or store credit that can be used at a later time.
Q: Can I get more then one at a flatsale?
A: At one flatsale no, I want to give more owners a chance to get one too. However you can own more then one, getting one from this flatsale and one from the next or another event is allowed, just not two at one flatsale.
Q: Can I get one for my friend?
A: No, I would love to say yes but there are too many people out there who may order it for their best friend Mr. Other Account! And that would be breaking the one at a flatsale rule.
Q: Why are they so expensive?
A: They really aren't that expensive. They're four stages in their lives so that'd be less then 1000g per stage, which really isn't that much, is it?
Q: How often are flatsales?
A: Whenever I feel like it.
Q: Who do we send the trade to?
A: Send it to Puppies_In_A_Can.

Q: What's the starting bid for an auction?
A: The start bid for most auctions will be the same as the price for a regular puppy, 3000 gold.
Q: What's the minimum increment?
A: 100 gold, of course you can always bid more.
Q: What will be sold at the auction?
A: There could be many different things sold at the auction. A custom puppy, rare puppy, and cosplay puppy (Which I do a lot of ) and a few other types as well.
Q: Will there be an auto buy?
A: Most likely not, and if there is it will be decided at the time of the auction.
Q: How long do they last?
A: Changes depending on how I feel and how many people seem interested in it.
Q: When the next auction?
A: Check auction thread. If it says there isn't one planned then even I don't know.
Q: How often do you hold auctions?
A: These like everything else, are pretty much completely and utterly random.

In order to breed you need a male and a female adult. You also need to rent a breeding pen for 1500g, which you will have from during the week of breeding. Usually there will be one to three cans. If you want to keep the cans you may, or you may sell them back to me for 1000g a piece.
