In this Guild here is how things go:
This guild features a freshstart from the story line. None of the characters from the story are used. Here we create our own story.
You CAN'T have unlimited Chakra, You must run out Eventually!
You don't need to have a bloodline, but you need one to use the Jutsus that are Unique to those bloodline families.
You can only have one bloodline Jutsu, anyone caught using others will be told to correct their mistakes and will be put under watch!
When you get a bloodline you have to take the last name of that clan.
You may also go to the Bloodline Topic/Forum To place a request for a new one, if I approve of it then you may use it, but keep in mind others may use it too if they choose to.
You may use a Special weapon (Such as Asuma's Chakra Blades) once you are a Genin (When thinking of a special weapon to use, try to come up with a story behind it as well or a reason for it).

Everyone starts off as an Academy Sudent in one of the already existing Villages. From there you will go through the Academy in your Village until your teacher feels you can Graduate and become a Genin. Genins have to do missions for their Village until a Chuunin Exam is announced. You must then compete and pass in the Chuunin Exam. Chuunin are leaders of squads and Lieutenants in Wartime. The opportunity for a Jounin Exam will then be announced and Chuunin will have the choice to participate in it. If they pass they will become Jounin. Jounin are Elite Ninja and will be able to go on Solo missions, they are also Village Captains in Wartime. From then a Jounin may choose to leave their Village and start their own. But to be a part of the Kage Council they must undergo one final test administered by the Members of the Council themselves.

Here are a few things I want everyone to keep in mind while you are taking part in the Guild.
No Godmodding, This is a High offense anyone caught doing this WILL be asked to stop, any further problems and that member will be banned.
No Auto-Hitting, Not as bad as Godmodding. We like to keep this at a minimum, but some cases call for it.
Respect Mods, Self explanatory. [If you don't know what a Mod is, just ask the Guild Captain]
Please do not break the rules! We want our members to have a good time with us, but we will uphold these rules to the highest regard.
If you have any other problems please contact a Mod from the Guild and tell them your Concern.
