Three years ago, a meteor came very close to the sun and a solar flare hit it, sending it straight at Earth. The meteor ending up breaking apart in our atmosphere and 8 shareds fell to Earth and embedded themselves into 8 different humans from across the planet.

That was a long time ago, and the Psychics are now well trained in their powers and can do most anything they can imagine, though something happened that wasnt expected. Constent use of their powers, along with stone fragments from the meteor has poisened the populous. Now, psychics are spreading at an alarming rate and without the tutors help, there seems to be nothing to stop them from causing mayhem. So, the original psychics have decided to train them and to protect the people from them, though some have been currupted. Psychics powers twisting and exploding, killing many around them. These are the Dark Psychics. People who have twisted powers of darkness or have twisted their own powers for their own devices.
