The Tales games are a series of Japanese RPGs that drew inspiration from two things that, back in 1995, not many other games dared to: Anime and Fighting Games. Mixed with RPG trappings and an emotional narrative, Tales of Phantasia went on to become one of the most unique games on the Super Nintendo. 14 years later and the series still kicks a**!
