Suigetsu and Karin are fairly new characters, both being introduced in the manga very recently. (Suigetsu: Ch.346 - Karin: Ch.34 cool In the manga, they have both expressed the fact that they really, really, REALLY do not like each other. But hey, when was hate-love a bad thing? :] <3
