Hi, everyone! Welcome to the GH&HIV Guild!
I know you may be nervous about joining. That's one of the first things many are faced with when they are unsure about something. Fear and uncertainty can be hard issues to overcome - but please be assured that this guild is here for no other reason other than to help you and become a resource for information and discussion on a variety of health topics.
What can I discuss here?
I'm very liberal, so don't feel nervous to make any posts about anything at all, however, we'd like to keep things neat - so try to have it health related (although I won't beat you if you post something offtopic). Health related means diseases, mental health, drugs, addiction, disorders, etc, etc. The list goes on and on.
Do I have to be HIV+?
Of course not, and if you are, you are by no means required to disclose your status. This guild is FOR EVERYONE that wants to learn and become a part of what I hope to be a very comforting and supportive guild full of mature and responsible members. I want us all to be here for each other no matter what, and to be open to accepting PMs if someone has a question and needs more privacy or to answer any questions with complete patience and understanding.
I love this guild! How do I advertise?
Once you join, you will be given access to our forums and a thread which contains a banner you may place in your signature to link to this guild. Or, you could just PM anyone that might be interested and tell them about us!
Important:
When sending in your join request, please just include a very short summary of what attracted you to the guild, what you hope to do in the guild and anything else you think may be of interest to the guild owner (me!).
