Nector for the Fae [PRP]

Nector flitted through the forest, oblivious to where she was going. She was kind of hard to miss, being an eye smarting pink. She was also humming cheerfully, at about half the size of a normal pony her age.  

[Bardess Ookami]

Edric stalked through the woods. He looked angry, but he wasn't. He was actually enjoying himself. There was little better in the world then the woods at night, but then, he had never seen them in the day, so he didn't know. So he decided that the woods at night were the best, and thus, he was happy. Unfortunately, he was also hungry. His eyes lit on the very... bright... pony flitting about. It was more or less impossible to miss her. He hated that he had to drink from other ponies, but he was pragmatic. He had no choice, so rather then beat himself up over it, he did his best to make it up for them after. He would do what he could to make them happy in thanks. And that was even if they did not volunteer. He focused on the pink pony and whistled to get her attention. Rather then think about how she might taste, which he refused to do, he began trying to anticipate what he might do to make her happy after.

At his whistle, she gasped and looked aorund. "What was that? I don't know! Wait, who's talking?"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckled the smallest bit. She had a pretty voice. "Down here, fair one," he called.  

[divena]

She bounced back a few feet, shrinking slightly. "Whoooa.... Now I'm hearing things... no you're not, I am!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckled and approached. "Peace fair one"
 

[divena]

She shrank to the size of a robin and zipped around his head. "Oh! You're shinny!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckles lightly. "Aren't you the interesting one? What is your name?"  

[divena]

"Nector," she chirped then frowned. "No, I'm Nector!"  

[Bardess Ookami]

"Nector. How... Apt a name..." he felt his hunger growing. "Would you allow me to do something, if I promised to do my best to make you happy after?"  

[divena]

"Ooh! Happy? Are we going to play a game? I love games! Everyone's so happy when they play games. If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands," she sings.  

[Bardess Ookami]

He chuckled. "Yes. Happy. So will you allow me?" he asked.  

[divena]

"Oh if you're happy and you know it clap your hands," she went on singing as she started to wander off. She clapped her hands cheerfully, growing a few inches then shrinking again.  

[Bardess Ookami]

He followed her. "Ah... Nector..."  

[divena]

"No, I'm Nector!" she zipped around to face him, accidentally bumping heads with him.
