(Enters The E.A.E. Shoreline from The Corridor and Ragna and Rock's Quarters)
Walking onto the beach from the base, he sees Ace with his motorcycle, one of the few times where his grumpy comrade seems to be enjoying himself, but of course, not within the company of other people. "Oh, so the guy does like something after all? Hmm, who would've thunk it?" He said happily, shrugging to himself. He held back the urge to say more, not wanting his usual responses to ruin his current mood and leaving him with a simple dismissive hand wave.
Tempest walks around the high-rising fortress where a small boat is docked, being attached to the island by a large chain attached to some artificial palm trees, and other plant would've easily broken under that pressure. He boards his ship and with a push of a button, the chain retracts back to ship in a tight coil, now ready to set sail. "I'm not going waste my time being on this wretched island waiting for another set of orders from them, no sir." He said, sailing away from the island to an unknown destination.
Tempest finally arrives to this destination after a few hours of unusual smooth sailing at an undisclosed location where stragglers, criminals, fugitives and bounty hunters alike gather, a place where the law isn't welcome and is one of few the E.A.E. hasn't touched... yet. This made the area a perfect hiding spot for all types, Clyde's surname not reaching the locals' ears, and planned to keep it that way. After docking his boat he makes his way into the usually busy town, the streets filled with the booths of many venders trying to sell or trade their wares to those interested.
As much of an interest this sight may be however, Clyde made his way past the bustling streets with a smile with other plans than seeing the city's attractions that he's we'll familiar with. He knocks on an old wooden door, it immediately bursting open from the other side and something quickly tackling him down to the ground with an 'oof'. "DADDY!" A young girl shouted as she laid in his chest, squeezing him with her little arms as hard as she could. "Bonnie!" He said, "I missed you too!" He chuckled, hugging her as well. "Oh man! You're really getting good at that tackle I taught you!" He looked down on her with a wide grin, causing her to look up at him with her round purple expressive eyes beaming with his praise. "Really? You think so?!" She asked happily. "Of course! You actually knocked me down!" He picked himself up from off the ground with Bonnie in his arms, "And look how big you're getting! Soon, you'll be bigger than me!" He said as they both laughed while carrying her into the house, a woman waiting inside.
"I swear, that girl has so much energy. It's like she can sense when you're here!" The woman spoke with a smile, her arms crossed. "Yup! I sure do! I've been waiting all day for you to get here, what took you so long?" She questioned, pouting. "Hey! Watch that tone, young lady." Clyde warned. "I hope to hear some good news from Samoa here that you've been on your best behavior." He eyed Bonnie, her shrinking back as they both looked to Samoa, her face staring intensely at the couple with her hands on her hips with her frown soon turning to a smile. "You heard right. She's a well-behaved young lady." She said, Clyde putting her down as she ran off into the next room. "Ahh, kids. They can be a handful." He sighed contently, taking a seat.
"You know, she's been practicing that move you taught her everyday and she's becoming surprisingly strong for someone her age." Samoa commented, also taking a seat the table. "Has the medical training been going well?" Clyde asked. "It's going great. Although she's not good at it yet, she's really enthusiastic in her learning and wants to use what she's learned to help heal you. She's been noticing your injuries that you're so terrible at hiding. She tells me every time you leave." She squints at Clyde, him chuckling embarrassingly. "...And there's something else you should know too... Lately, I've been sensing something deep within her but I don't what it is. Like, a deep sleeping energy." She added, her words sounding worrisome. "I do see what you mean. She tackled me at full force, right where one of my scales were and knocked me off of my feet. And look..." He placed his closed fist on the table, opening his fingers to show the small shards of the armor. "...And it seems that my armor may have a c***k in it."
"Which is more of a reason to keep her safe." Samoa added. "Agreed but for now, let's not focus on that..." From his other hand he hands her a large stack of bills and takes one of them. "Right now, it's all about my lovely daughter. Bonnie! Let's go get some ice cream!" He shouts to her, a loud 'yay' being heard from the next room as the couple laugh in reaction. "And Samoa, thanks for everything." He walked to the door with Bonnie racing behind him. "No... Thank you." While out on the town, he and Bonnie had the time of their lives as per usual when it came to their visits. They walked around the city, taking in the many people, unusual items being sold as the bazaars and the even stranger scents of the multicultural foods. It was a delight for all of the senses for both father and daughter, being able to spent this little time together meant the world to them, hoping it would never end as they lay tired in the grass from their playing and looking at the sky.
"Daddy, when are you going to come back?" Bonnie asked. "As soon as I get the time off." He answered. "But... I mean... when can you come back, and stay? And not go far away again?" She asked sadly. As much as Clyde thought about the answer, he couldn't think of one no matter how often he'd ask himself and not having a simple answer would tear at his very soul. What could he honestly tell his daughter? That's he's secretly working for a crime syndicate that wants to rule the world? And that they are the same people who ordered the destruction of her city and the death of her real parents? As much as he wanted to, he just couldn't. "Soon, Bonnie. Very, very soon." He finally answered, being met by her smiling face as he patted her on her head.
But before they knew it, their time had come to an end where they had to separate again which was hard for the both of them, no knowing when they'd every see each other again. As Cylde boarded his ship he set sail and waved goodbye to his daughter as she and Samoa grew smaller in the distance waving to him as well. "I can't take this anymore... Not being able to see her like this. No man should ever suffer this fate. I have to do get out of this mess. For me... And Bonnie." Clyde said, shading a single tear as he sailed onward.
