The land of chaotic~Please Delete no ones here anymore

The land of Chaotic use to be known as the land of great magic’s and wonders. It was a place where everyone gathered to see the newest sorceress and the best and brightest. A peaceful land where everything went smoothly. That is… until one of the gods sneezed and everything went out of whack. No one was sure if it was really the sneeze or someone just made it up but one thing was for sure everything was turned upside down( in some places literally) Any use of magic went horribly awry. A witch gave someone a love potion but instead it gave them warts. A dragon breathed soap bubbles instead of fire while its friend breathed water, then when it was sighing it burnt down a whole village. Other cases were far worse and in one a girl got turned into a toad and her prince was put to sleep. No one knew why it was happening but one thing became painfully clear, all sources of magic were tainted. And the smallest spell to cure a cold could wipe out a whole village with a plague. It was clear that the users didn’t mean to do it…it just happened. Soon no one from the outside even bothered to come in for fear of being cursed. And magic became a penalty to which the sentence was death. Magical creatures went into hiding and all books and tools of sorcery were burned.

Anyone practicing magic was quickly captured and thrown into the enchanted words in best case scenario where their bones were usually found later because the forest was as chaotic as everything else.
Years went by and everyone forgot the great nation they’d once been as they worried about any generations having the talents of the old…..Here is the time our tale takes place in.....
The land has four current towns though others pop in and out because of a magic distortion. There is The great mountains to the east Great volcano's to the north great desert past the mountains. A great sea to the west and the great enchanted forest connects from the center and on into a regular forest in the south.



OK here’s the rules so listen up please. We’re happy for all players but to hold back on confusion please send me a pm (and let me answer) before you boldly jump into a battle scene. (If we’re traveling on the road feel free to pop in as long as you give information on yourself which I can later post under character profiles:

Try not to be rude to regular players. If I have to I’ll narrate but I shouldn’t have to do that much since it is a rpg. This will be a bit different since I’m still new to this. I’ve only done this once before and that was in “ the land filled with magic” thing.

As the story gets underway I’ll keep a storyline post updated for all those who don’t feel like reading through millions of comments.

(I'm onl giving things away as they occur so it your whole profile isn't up here imediatly It's because I'm doing things as everyone finds out.

: Jen (played by Miwaco)
Can never get enough food so beware treating her to any type of food. Don't let her drink any alchol either. Her cat can sense danger and it's name is Dragon. But Dragon hasn't come right out and said he's more than a cat people arn't so sure(more on that as story progresses)
One of the best thieves because of her ability: Uneffected by almost all magic (even the kind designed to help) So It isn't recommended to try magic around her if you want results (at least 2 yard radius)
Weapon of choice: unkown for now
She dosen't take her job too seriously unless she's in the middle of it and she's known for having bad luck (which is why Dragon is always close by to warn her of danger)

Yeata (Played by auronclone) Some what of a ladies man/ or at least he's polite to the ladies. He's half-nymph

Ability:He can charm people



Name: Gilgamesh Hendrick (Prefers being called 'Gil') and Vaughn

Race: Human (Vaughn: Dragon)

Ability: Great accuracy and tracking skills

Weakness: Loves to drink


Name: Iia

Race: Half cat/ half human (Due to alchemic experment gone wrong.)

Ability: Alchemy, Cat like stealth and reflexes, also able to see in the dark skilled with swords.

Weakness: Afraid of large bodies of water ie: lakes, ponds, oceans, etc.


Name: Cerenus

Race: Half devil/demon, half human

Ability: See in the dark, Alchemy, skilled with swords, black magic.

Weakness: Can't go out in the sunlight unless heavily cloaked.


Name: Mizuki

Race: Demonic* Fox/Human

Ability: Strong scythe comes from no where when in danger
Black magic
Fox-like trickery

Background: Wondering loner. Born and raised in the Chaotic Land but hasn't been there in five years. Seems like a normal human if it wasn't for the fox ears and tail, the scythe, and the strange aurora around her head

Personality: Usually a loner but within her town she's more open. Easy to get along with if she doesn't get angry at you.


Seta
race: same as Jen which has yet to be actually said....looks human
ability: Destroying simple things (locks...purse belts...)
Pick pocketing though not Jen because of an incident in the past

Background: Cousin to Jen they're both from a hidden village that has somthing to do with magic. Though neither have become very forth coming with information, it seems like he's a messengerboy and one of the few who left the villages safty to help(?) Jen (?)

Personality: Loves picking fights with strong people, often forgets where he is in a situation(which is why his posts may not make sense) He can be very obnoxious but for the most part stays silent...not as silent as Gil

Storyline :

Jen's a theif, actaully a pretty good one, was starving on the roadside when Yeata ( ahalf- nyphm) came along to help her out. When a magic blast goes off Jen helps Yeata keep his head and in return Yeata offers company (partially because he's tired of just aimlessly wondering around) Jen sees this as a meal and work oppertunity agrees and the two set off for the city and Jen's job....
They make it out of the city only to run into Seta (Jen's cousin) Fighting Gilgamesh Hendrick (Prefers being called 'Gil') who happens to have a dragon called Vaughn who jen had previously thought of as a food course when growing delierous

They settle the dispute and Seta delivers a message to Jen about her self appointed task. Jen asks the others and they decided to accompany her to a strange house where they find three of Jens old friends Iia, Cerenus, and Mizuki. After a bitof a confusing argument they decide to join the task to : Figure out what caused the magic problem and fix it!
Of course while thier loading the food the bad luck prevails and the houses ability activates. It's a house whose rooms swtich around ( a round 200 total) at the time on the clock if the clock hits a number where it's all the same number it goes back into order (say 3:33 or 4:44 course it can't be 6:66, or 7:77 lol) And one every other didget of 5 (5,10,15...you get the idea) If your by any sort of window, door, opening you get shoved into a diffrent room xd (ex: open cupboard or open fridge)
So now out heros...well not exactly heros taking a look at them...our adventurers are stuck and seperated.....
well after much confusion our heros are back together and out of the house (minus the three new characters who have been given a portal incase they wish to join up again)
While planning thier next course of events Seta decides to steal some alchol off Gil and sneek off into the woods for himself. Jen follows her cousin(thier both getting firewood while they do this) gets angry when she finds out he couldn't steal any food and grabs it back from him before he can even get a sip. Then curiosity getting the better of her and thinking GIl wouldn't mind she takes a sip herself (while Seta is trying to get his warning out)
Now we have a drunk thief on our hands and things are about to get started

eek "WOAH!?" Yeata crinched up in a ball, shaking and covering his face in teh ground. "WHAT THE-?...first i find out i'm a freakin faerie, now THIS!?..man, i am REALY gonna have to get used to this...thanks, Jen! i guess that can be the payback. i'd have owed you! big time! in fact, 20 silver coins and one meal isn't even enough! ..hmm..HEY! how bout i keep you company? sound good?"

"well..HALF-nymph...i can't kill people with a gaze, but i can ... charm people...i don't do it alot though, it gets me nowhere..once the spell wears off...they leave me....." he pet the cat. "so..he's a dragon then?...or is that his name, cause of his fire breath?..." ~such a cute thing...i love cats!~
