Rioto finished her potato and crumbled up the aluminum glancing over to the fight but soon losing intrest. She leaned back along the bench humming 'God bless America'. Her hand sneaked up to her pendant and she stroked it. I wonder if Grandma really love that Demon that much? she thought randomly. Rioto giggled and glanced over at Rem's son again, thinking softly about how cute he looked. To bad I can't. Her bottom lip stuck out in saddness.

Aergan snorted, which is a very uncomfortable thing for a bird to do, and went into a sneezing fit. When he recovered, he sent a glance back at Kai. |Do you want to see the proof that they did?| He chuckled to himself a bit and settled back down. |I like you, and I don't really want to hurt you...but I will if you pursue that matter any further.| He glanced over at Rem. He was thinking of saying something, but decided against it. He sighed and sank into a half-doze.

Kai's cheeks turned a bright pink. She glared at Aergan due to his comment and the fact that she practically walked into that one. She turned her head towards the fight, choosing to ignore him before she did something else stupid.

((xD I was wondering when you'd get around to that. Well, at least this guild HAS dictionaries. And even though 'potatoe' is a word to some people, just humor my Grammar Nazi habits. Now then...-tries in vain to think of a post- What happened to Nny and Nate?! It's gotten stagnant!))

Aergan chuckled to himself and gave a little flick of his tail. "So...nice day, isn't it?" he muttered aloud. His voice was coated in sarcasm. "It's nice to have people around, I suppose, but It's still just as boring here." He sighed. "But I guess that's a good thing. Once things start getting exciting, it's usually something bad."

Kazan, as well, was slightly restless due to the lack of anything going on. He watched Rioto crumble up her tin foil, and continued to watch to see what she did with it. He'd never seen tin foil before, and was somewhat interested in it.

((Potato Potato... that doesn't make any sense unless I'm saying it...))
Rioto peeked a curious eye at the boy who had been spying on her earlier. She clutched the tin foil ball thoughtfully and suddenly tossed it towards him to see what he would do with it.

((Haha. *pats Riot* Its nothing personal. She's like that to everyone. Tis just a pet peeve. Now... let's get some action in here.))

Kai sighed. "Yeah. I don't know if that's a bad or good thing."

Just then there was another flash of light. Kai supressed the urge to scream by closing her eyes and gritting her teeth. The angel messenger beside her just stared at her, making his presence looming and annoying until her ignorance caved in.

"WHAT?!!" she snapped viciously.

The angel tossed a scroll at her. "We figured you were getting bored so we decided to present you with a challenge. you might want to bring your..... friends...."

Kai raised an eyebrow of interest in an explanation, especially for the hint of the invisible smirk in his tone. Though she wasn't graced with it and he quickly disappeared just like he came.

"O....... k......."

((Erm... I'll let anyone reply to that while I'm thinking of what the mission is. xd Rem, this should be a good oppertunity for you to bring the bad guys in.))

Kazan quickly dodged the tin foil, and stared at it, unfazed by the angel's appearance. He hopped towards it and squatted one-legged over it. He put his hand about two feet above it and wiggled his fingers slightly. The ball sparked and rose up into his hand. He stood up and grinned as it sparked when he unrolled it and hopped off, happy with his new toy.

Aergan had taken the opportunity to send a curse at the angel in the evil language he was so fond of before he had disappeared. "I hate angels. They're so 'holier-than-thou.'" He added the last bit in a slightly whimsical tone. He sighed and watched Kazan grin over his tin foil. "What's it say?"

((Sooooo sorry about not posting, the internet crapped out for a little while.))

Zaira grinned "Well, I hope you like to dance, Jack" and whilst hovering, she created dozens upon dozens of small spikes of both elements, ice & shadow, and sent them hurtling at Jack, the ice ones were meant to explode on impact, not so much a damaging explosion, but one that would create a fog around him, the shadow, would sap more of his energy, slowing him down and making his muscles sore.
After her volleys were sent, she drew her swords and flew in, aiming a slice across the arm and abdomen.

Rioto glanced behind her to see the angel appear and hear the bird guy's comment. Are they all haters? She glanced back towards the tin foil obsessed boy. She tapped the pendant twice and poofed over behind him. "Neat trick." she said simply, smiling at the tin foil toy.
((Oh yes!! Excitement. Hope I won't get killed.))  

[Jiyan Cala]

(well shoooot bout time!!)

"I was never much of a dancer, I usially do what I can to avoid it" Jack called out, he created a new fire wall to avoid the ice spikes, he then jumped back andreadied his sword to deflect as many shadow shards as he could, he had to have huge reflexes to avoid all these. All the ice spikes colided with the wall, and created a huge smokescreen, but the shadow ones went straight though, and Jack began to counter the spikes, disrupting their paths and so on, five got very close, and two more actually skinned him, leaving a dark cut, and leaving him even more slower than before. One finally got though and got him right in the front left side of his stomach, Jack fell to the ground, but thankfully that was the last of them, he looked up and couldnt see Zaira not time yet... I need to be able to see her to get her Jack thought to himself, but decided to let her come to him If this doesnt work, I always have my last trick

((Oy...You DO know that Kazan is around 8'-9', right? And the figure would turn to be somewhere around an inch tall.))

Kazan looked down at Rioto and back at his tin foil. he stared at it for a few seconds before levitating it between his two hands. It melted, and black impurities dropped on the ground and he was levitating a small ball of pure tin. He cocked his head at it, then glanced back down at Rioto. He returned his attention to the ball, which sparked a bit, then began to take shape as a small tin figure of Rioto in a rather epic pose with a set of wings on her back. A brief, proud grin flashed across his face before he tossed the figure to her and hopped off.

Aergan chuckled a bit at Kazan, but didn't say anything on the matter. He shook himself and continued with the fight. "Hey, Jack? Could you please keep any future blast radii to a minimum? I, personally, don't enjoy being lit on fire." It was more playful banter than a warning. Despite his usual personality, he was sure that Jack would be able to control himself. Maybe.

 

[Jiyan Cala]

Jack took a moment to reply to Aregan's comment. Hey if you dont enjoy fire and really feel that your in danger... go sit somewhere else, but I must admit that I am honored by the fact that you feel I might actually be able to cause you pain and perhasp even beat you" jack smirked, but it went away when he noticed Aregan's joking vibe changed to doubt and Jack had to shake his head to clear it, now wasnt the time to think about that. He brought himself up off the ground his stomach and ab muscles were very sore fom the bit and he brought the fire wall down, still unable to see past it anyway

Rioto stared wide eyed at the tin figure of herself with wings. Wow! Great impression, but I don't have wings. she thought to herself. Scared of even holding the beautiful figure. "I can't even make a sword that good." she glanced down towards the others discussing about the recently appeared angel. At least I don't think I do.

((...guess I'll wing the plotline.))

"Same ol', same ol'. Only... a much stronger demon." her eyes narrowed at the scroll "Its not only strong but pretty analytical, too. Wonderful combo for an enemy."

Kai bit her lip. She did not want to leave because she didn't want to miss protecting Rem when the time came, but its not like she could just pass this off for a long time. Actually, the counsil would get on her if she just hesitated for an hour. So take her with her? Risky. They could track her there. Unless they could take care of the demon really quick and head back before they could. Again, risky, but....

"Alright." She rolled up the scroll and burned it in her palm. "Everyone who's willing to beat some demon's head in on Earth is welcome to come. Rem, you're staying glued to my side."

Rioto slipped the tiny figure into her purse and glanced at the others. Her eyes widening. "I wanna come!! I love killing demons!!" she shouted, waving her arm around as if waiting to be picked.
