The Venting Junkyard Thread

It sounds like it's doable Aivi and also a great opportunity! Yet it also seems like a lot of work just to have it without a guarantee that you'll like it. I was offered a job in another town (about an hour from where I live) with an insurance company (though my field of work is history) but there was no plausible way it would have worked for me. With the cost of gas and the amount of training...not to mention that insurance companies may not fair so well right now...

ANYWAY, mypointyeah. If you're in the type of mindset where you just HAVE to leave your house and get yourself in a different living situation then I can understand that. But it also sounds like teaching may not be your thing. And if you're offered a living arrangement with your mother it certainly sounds easier to go with that option.

But if you seriously need a job and feel that the job could bring you more experience, maybe it's worth the effort. I'd love to be offered a job myself that is closer to home, so I am insanely jealous! haha. It sounds like a good, stable position and you've had prior experience with tutoring people already. So I would go for it.

Believe me, it beats SITTING AROUND AND DOING NOTHING. *dies* crying I'm not use to being so lazy. I've always been doing something. Now...nothing. arg

Aivi! Tough choice. Just go with your gut, what do you really really really want to do? Then again i suppose if the teaching thing doesn't handle out with you, you could always quit and go back home. That doesn't work the other way around though lol Don't listen to me gonk I'll only make things worse.







I'm going to infiltrate a guild that i don't like to find out if i really don't like them. Which is more then likely yes. But at least I'll have a better idea of why i dislike them. It's one of those private guilds you can't see the front page to or register to join, so i'll have to track down one of those butt faces users with the logo in their sig. This sounds fun in a very dumb way. Why am i even wasting my time? To have a more knowledgeable view? maybe. To stir things up and be a regular prat to the few who hate me? Ya that sounds likely. Dunno what i ever did for such disdain, i thought i was adorable. heart

Definitely not a fan of the new supposedly 'better' arena. The larger avatars are 'easier to see', but the quality is s**t and it makes imperfections more noticeable.

It may just be due to the voting not actually starting on time, but being almost Thursday and only rated 4 times is a bit disparaging.

How the hell does one check their own 'current score', anyway? Other than seeing how many times you've been rated and some little colored stars, there's no way to see and thus gauge how you're actually doing. Let alone the whole '5 point scoring system' seems like a large step backwards, to me.

Above all... why do I even care?
