Finally I was able to send the email to my ASL teacher for the two handouts that I didn't get.
I was mixing up "I" with "l", I swear I was putting in L. gonk
I'm really starting to think dyslexia progresses. gonk

Aivi: I really am sorry you know, I meant nothing by it. To me it was the same at looking through deviantart or a gallery looking at techniques that I could possible use for myself. emo

For a while I couldn't even think about talking to you because I thought I hurt our friendship. sad

*joins in the throwing of dictionaries* Hooray, throwing things! ;o

...in response to the discussion about underwear in the other thread, I still feel pretty when my undies match my bra. >.> I mean, I'm stuck in the same clothes most days of the week (hooray for work clothes...) and they're pretty ugly and boring, so putting some thought into what's under the work clothes really does make me feel pretty.
And I like when my boy tells me I have cute undies on. ;p

On a completely different note, I got to stab 66 balloons with my pen at work tonight. =D It was after we'd closed so the store was silent, so the noise echoed through the entire store and sounded ridiculously loud. The home theatre guy told me they were probably going to have about twice as many balloons tomorrow, too, and since I'm closing he'll make sure I get to pop all of them! Hahaha...

Also, my boy wants to get me a knife and that's vaguely strange.

Thanks, but it wasn't about that. I don't care if you don't like my art, I wouldn't flip over something that petty... I was upset because you still don't seem to respect my personal space after the numerous times I've told you that it's uncomfortable when you try to be overly personal with me, from acting like you know the people in my life, to using a photo reference from Facebook to draw me in a sexy pose. As for what happened in the thread, I'm cool with constructive criticism but there was no critique about the drawing I posted, just an insult to my overall artistic skill level while you once again tried to be very personal with me and also revealed that you follow my family on Facebook. I got tired of asking you nicely.

If you wanna talk more about it, we can continue this in PM, otherwise that's all I feel the need to say... I'm sure everyone else was thinking "man, she's PMSing" heh.

What kind of knife? Folder, fixed blade? If it's for self defence might I suggest a Koda? http://budk.com/cold-steel-koga-sd1/p/31 CS91K/c/6116/ or tazor, or pepper spary?

One thing that I've found out, and it's true every man I've seen that's witnessed a tazor being used we all shiver and are scared of tazors.
I'd much welcome pepper spray over a tazor any day.
Get some time like this with four prongs. http://budk.com/product.asp?pn=23 OM300
In most cases you just need to show the sparks with a kzap sound and that'd frighten any sane man away.

My underwear is ugly and doesn't match my undershirts but they're comfy as hell, I wish guys had sexy undies. Or I new wear to find them. crying

And with that I'm going to bed. gonk

I trust his judgement on what kind of knife, since he's pretty knowledgeable about stuff like that...and partially for defense, partially just because we have lots of boxes at work and I'd mentioned that opening all the boxes was so much easier the one day that he'd forgotten one of his knives with me.

The nice thing about a knife is I can just stick it on the back of the waistband of my jeans, whereas with a tazer or pepper spray or whatever that other thing you mentioned was, it'd have to be in my bag - and if I was ever in a situation where I needed it, I'd basically be just as screwed as if I didn't have it, because I'd have to dig around in my bag to find it. *shrug*
...I also just think knives are nifty.

Oh, my underwear always match. I only buy black and nude. See? Functional. I don't want some weird pattern showing under my clothes. Also, seamless panties are love. Sooooooooooooo comfy.

I like neutral colors, too... My favorites tend to be black or light pink-nudish, though I like delicate bows and lace as much as I like comfy cotton.

Not relating to underwear, I've decided that I can never buy anything gray again... Gray is a "comfy" color in my mind. Every time I buy something gray, I end up wearing it to sleep and turning it into night wear.

Is it true you can get stretch marks from losing weight? I've been told, and have read, that rapid weight loss can cause them, but that sounds like bullshit to me.

I have one on my right hip and it's confusing me because I look like I've lost a lot of weight, not gained any.

Also how do I make it go away? ):

i have very few opportunities for my undies and bra to match, because my bras are generally in functional, basic colours (except for one teal one that i got for no reason), and my underpants are in every colour of the rainbow. it pleases me to wear paisley panties, or whatever. right now i've got a nice blue, green, and black stripe going on. my bra's red.

Hmm... well... I think it is actually gaining weight rapidly that causes the stretch marks. But, speaking as someone who ate her feelings through most of high school before starting weight watchers and dropping 60 pounds... they become a lot more visible once you lose the weight.

There isn't any way to get rid of them, as they're caused by scarring under your skin from your body growing too quickly for the skin to keep up, but there are a number of products out there that claim to reduce their appearance. I haven't actually tried any, though, so... *shrug*

Ugh, I guess I'm what can be called a "stretch-mark themepark" or whatever. Excuse the TMI. gonk It really pisses me off because it's all from the last week of my being pregnant when I was 17, I'd been taking such good care of myself, using some stupid (and f-ing expensive!) peanut oil that was supposed to be preventative and what have you, but my "I'm a stupid underdeveloped kiddo!!" won out in the end. *sigh*

However I have the coolest swimsuit in the entire world, so unless I TELL people they would never know. ninja

Well I didn't have them before. Like..at all. Not even a tiny hint of them. And I wasn't exactly that big to begin with (well not for my build, at least). They just sort of appeared out of nowhere. ):

Well...not really they. There's really only one. I don't know.
