Vektor Samantha Crawford │ Metahuman │ Sixteen Years Old │ Single
"I appreciate not being exposed to undue danger, Professor," answered Samantha quietly, with a fragile smile, as she felt another stab of pain behind her eyes, as the headache was reaching migraine proportions, and it was getting harder for her to hide her discomfort. While her skull pounded to the beat of her heart, the number of small objects in the room rattling around increased, as her telekinetic abilities threatened to unleash themselves. She'd managed to rein in her abilities, but her control was tenuous at best, and she was keeping it together by her fingernails. It was only a matter of time before objects started flying around. "I'd like to help any way I can. I'm a pretty good internet researcher myself. Um ... just so you know, every electronic device in this school is screaming in my head right now. If you have some way to make that stop, I'd really appreciate it."
Glancing up at Rogue, Samantha replied with a smile, "That sounds like fun."

Samantha found herself nodding her head in agreement with what Rogue was proposing, before her common sense could stop her from jumping into whatever was going on at this place. She'd been lucky enough to be able to get past these guys lurking at the bus station, the next teenage runaway might not be so. 'See something, say something,' was all fine and dandy to a point, but this was 'see something, say something, do something'. Besides, she was coming here for their help, it was a good idea to be able to show she was capable of helping them too.
Samantha answered, "I think I can handle that. If one of them gets on the phone, I should be able to get GPS coordinates of the other location, assuming they aren't using some sort of device, like a dropbox, to mask the location. Not sure what you have in mind to do with the information after that, though we can always give an anonymous tip to the FBI."

"If these sleaze-balls are hunting mutants, we can stop them with a nice fat document dump on Wiki-Leaks or Fox News or somebody, assuming I can find where they're hiding their files. Race-haters can't afford to have their activities publicized, draws too much attention, and Julian Assange can spotlight them big-time, while SHIELD handles the arrests," said Samantha thoughtfully; figuring she could contribute to the effort, assuming she could keep her powers under control, if she were careful, and didn't get too cute with them. "People might be afraid of metahumans, but most fair-minded individuals won't like the idea of them being hunted just because they exist."
Samantha was glad to know somebody would be watching over her while they conducted their little excursion, and when Rogue asked if there was anything she needed, she nodded, "Yeah, something for this headache, and a bite to eat so it won't tear up my stomach, would be nice. Access to a computer bigger than my laptop would be a good thing too. My laptop may have a hexa-core processor and five teras worth of memory, but if I need to transfer some really big files it may not be enough. I'll have my phone with me, which has also been modified big time, but that'll still be like draining a swimming pool through a soda straw depending on what we're dealing with. Thinking about it, some way to change my appearance could be helpful for the cause. These creeps may think I'm bait if they figure out they've seen me earlier, and rabbit before we could do anything."
