Well this hasn't been done in a while so here goes though I'm not sure who is still around much anymore.

Issue 16: Power Spectrum has been announced where you can finially change the colors of your powers and each indivudally if you would like to.

I'm sure that I've left a lot unsaid with this time difference but I haven't been playing so I don't really know the updates myself.
