As the title says, good job on the guild! However, I also have some tips I've figured out myself. They help.

    Try not to overload the main page with announcements. Keep them in all in one spot.

    Maintain control, but don't go to the extremes with your rules.


This is what I can remember.I just got up, so... Yeah...
