Suddenly, a ripple appeared from the middle of this fair-sized pond and those ripple soon being and grow into a strange disturbance with bubbles appearing. Then, splash appeared a white ulaya with long white hair and a pair of bells that jingled softly over the sound of dripping water from her pelt. The bank that had been once empty was suddenly filled with a foreign presence and Tehila made a soft noise in surprise.

"Wh-wha-What are you doing?" She gasped timidly, shrinking back into the water before realizing herself and glared. "And why are you sneaking up to me like that?" It didn't occur to her that he might have stumbled onto her.

Tehila took a minute to glare at the male ulaya, trying to decide whether or not his apology was truthful. Slowly, she eased her anger and eyed him with a more curious expression. His words seemed fairly random and it, truthfully, caught her by surprise. Then, she had to take a moment to gather her thoughts while strolling out of the pond.

She shook her head free of water a good distance away causing her bells to jingle loudly before she continued towards him and the bank. Her dark eyes locked onto him with a more friendly expression. "I was waiting for the water to calm. If you look up from under still water, it's absolutely beautiful (the colors)!"

As he spoke, she proceeded to groom herself since her long hair was in terrible shape from all the water still weighing it down. She looked at him from the corner of her eye when he spoke his name. "Is that really..." She didn't know how to put it, "your real name?" A slight amused grin passed over her maw at the thought. Shouldn't that be more suited for a female?

"Oh, forgive me," She corrected but still couldn't help but chuckle. "My name's Tehila."

Tehila chuckled at the comment and his rathered discouraged expression. "It could be worse," she offered a slightly hopeful reasoning but really couldn't think of anything worse. Maybe Mary could break off more laughs. Out of courtesy, she forced herself to stop thinking about it any further and offered a slight apologetic smile. "Should I call you something else? San?"

Had she not been more schooled, she would have laughed yet again at the bazaarness of it all; however, Tehila composed herself well and merely smiled towards him politely. She took the chance to answer his question while following his eyes to their location. Her bells sounded as she moved. "No. This is my first time. Lovely, though, isn't it?"

Tehila dipped her head slightly in agreement, enjoying the view while it was still fresh before her and shimmering from the the day's run. The glare on the water reflected in her dark eyes. Finally, as the moment of silence passed over them both, the ulaya allowed her attention to return to the male. Suddenly, she was quite curious over his own appearance at the lake. Although she had never visited the spot on a daily basis, Susan might have. "Are you familiar with these parts? Or have you stumbled upon the lake as well?"

Tehila seemed to brighten slightly at his comment. It was quite their luck to stumble across such fair grounds. She was also fairly please to be able to inform him of some details she managed to find out about the little lake. She moved forwards towards the water again but, then again, not far enough away from him to appear too rude. "The temperature is actually quite warm and wonderful for a swim."
