Heya! I'm making this not only so you can track my progress with me but so you can also hold me accountable!
I began my weight loss journey on February 16th of 2011 when I joined Weight Watchers. I began at 171.2lbs.
My first week, I gained .6 pounds.
The second I lost 4.8
Currently, I am at 163 lbs. with a goal of 135!
While my eating habits have certainly improved, I am struggling to find time and energy to exercise lately; although, my little sister wants to start running with me (yaaay!). So, hopefully I can progress further and faster with a buddy to exercise with!
