RPC Wanted

I need someone to play an important character in the rp. Hector, the speaker for the leader of the Blackhearts. The basic RPC info you need to know is that Hector is one of the strongest members in the group. He speaks for the leader of the Blackhearts since nobody but him knows anything about the leader. He gives out the assignments from the leader and summons the Head of Council when requested by the leader, he is also the first seat of the council. As for his personality information, Hector is very mysterious. He's smart and is a key role. Anyone willing to fill the spot would be doing me a huge favor, if you are interested please post below.
