The Frozen Wasteland

In the south of the realm, lyies the Frozen Wasteland. This land is one huge glacier. Tempertaures get down to around -150 - -200 Celcius, Really cold. Maybe people have tried exploring this wasteland, only a few could withstand the cold temperatures. So, explore with caution.

Mobius and Uriah appeared in a little protective bubble of her power. Uriah sat down, crossing her legs under the skirt of her dress. She closed her eyes and waited.

Kairu was flying over the outsikrts of the frozen wastelands. He was looking for the girl he met earlier. He wished he could see her but he couldn't yet. He was flying towards the center of this cold, bitter land. His eyes skimming the area...

He did not seek to surprise her...but appeared before her slowly, coming from the portal quite happily...while drawing a small amount of energy from the nexus of souls into himself...powering himself up just a small bit. "So...you do not seek to run...a surprise and change of pace from the last valkrie...I do believe tis a bit rude to attack without you giving me a true reason...but the payment I shall receive is worth it.." He smirked slightly...multiple souls appearing near his body...

She gave him a blank look then stood and sighed, "Let's get this over with, shall we?" She stretched out her hand and somethign exploded from her palm tendrils of what looked like her flesh spiralling upwards then disappating to reveal a sword that was about as long and wide as her own body. She swung it into position easily. The sword screamed over the wind, ready to draw some blood.

"Whatever you say...princess..." He drew his palm outward...an elegant rapier appearing within his hand...while his other conjured up a small dagger. He made no move to attack her himself...instead bringing forth a soul from his inventory...launching itself at her with wild abandon...

Was he teasing her? "Princess?" She wondered if he often played with his quarry but decided not to ask. She watched the soul come hurtling at her, blank expresion never shifting. Her blade began to glow, "Rest in peace." She cooed , watching as the soul suddenly stopped. Her sword sang a high note and the soul dispersed, vanishing from sight. Her gaze never wavered from the man, her blank expression never shifting. She slid into her stance and waited for him.

Kairu landed on a cliff not so far off from them. He could see everything that they were doing and, thanks to his exelent hearing he could also hear them. THe area he landed in was darkened quite a distance as to not get hurt by the sun, just incase it peirced the snow in the wind. He watched the fight. He told himself What if she were about to die? do i have athority to interfear... Somehow i find that highly doubtful that i will be needed.. but what if? Not actually lookin for a responce.

He said nothing more as he moved forward with inhuman speed, the rapier leading with a powerful thrust aimed toward her chest, his footwork impossible to discern behind the wraith's cloak...hence giving him an advantage when it came to her being unable to read his movements. As he continued forward, his dagger slipped beneath his cloak...

There was a rush of air and his rapier struck nothing as Uriah shot into the air with speed that rival his. She spun, and dive bombed him, making herself a living missile as she headed right down on top of his head.

He thanked his cloak, using his momentum to launch him to the right, flicking the dagger at the exact spot where she would land. A moment after releasing it he seemed to palm another projectile...a kunai this time, which he left resting besides his palm for the perfect opportunity.

When she hit, there was a resounding boom as the ground exploded, sending ice and snow flying up high. The debree stopped the knife in it's tracks. As ice and snow fell there was no sign of his quarry. She finally exploded from the artificial snow fall, coming straight at him, her sword catching the weak light and flashing. While his cloak gave him coverage, her dress, which was white adn also her shoes blended into the white surroundings. At the moment, her feet didn't look like they were moving at all but she was coming fast.

He grinned slightly at the unexpected tactic, responding with one to match hers perfectly...flicking a portal before him a moment before the sword could do any serious damage to his person, the exit aimed toward the ground, which would use her momentum to fling her at the ground, while he launched his concealed projectile toward the position he expected her to be...its silvery shine causing it to be difficult to spot.

She have time to react before she was in the portal and hurtling towards the ground. Just before hitting though, somethign struck her side. She bit off a cry of pain and slammed into the ground a second later. She shifted clumsily gasping in pain she pulled the blade out of her side and clenched it in her free hand. She glared over at the man, her long hair blowing in her face. Off to the side, Mobius's horn began to glow subtly and Uriah's would mended itself right before his eyes. She stood slowly, taking a deep breath, her sword pulsed and began to glow. Her outline began to glow as well then subsided, leaving her in full Valkyrie atire, her feather helm in place and her armour glinting in the weak, wintery white. Her oiled boots shifted into position, and she hefted the sword up, ready once more.

She can take care of herself He thought. He spread his wings, and started to move them to get the ice off. Once it was off enough to take flight he flew into the air and off towards his brother.
