This story is partially written off of nightmare on elmstreet- particularly 4 when he makes a woman into a bug. (Then proceeds to finish her off. Although the movies are rated past pg-13 I remind you that this is not to be as graphical.)
The year is 2010, recently an animal lover has been killed. And this was no ordinary animal lover. He became a scientist and tried to make people into animals animal lover! Now recently people have been seeing dreams of him...some of them he turned them into part animals and woke up just like that! Others? He makes them FULL animals and moves on to the next person. Can this animal maker be stopped? Or will the world be full of barking and meowing.
