Dameon smiled as his sister cuddled into him, he got an odd sensation of happiness from being an older brother. He looked up at justice probably the most mellow he had ever been since they'd met. "Only a little bit... of a lot... ok a lot..." He looked over to Trent, Contay and Sirence, then back at Sairi. "I take it you would like to be caught up on the recent happenings?"

"You know, I have never been able to make sense of Tiki's words guys. His lymrics are beyond me. However, you cannot mistake, "Not safe at all," for something else." *Trent stands, looking at all around him. He barely knew any of them. For each person, he could sum up all he knew about them in one sentence. The only one he had spent any significant amount of time with was Tiki, but his mannerisms were odd, and Trent doubted that anyone could truly ever get to know him.* "Dameon, I am glad that I was able to succeed in the task you laid down to me, but we have to save the rest of our rejoice for later. I still have no clue as to who, or what you are all fighting against, but whether I like it or not, I'm stuck fighting for your side now. And whatever it is were fighting is sure to know of my victory over Sirence. It is likely that others will be sent for the same job." *Trent looked at Sirence, then to Dameon again.* "If Sirence was beaten, and by someone the enemy does not know, it is unlikely that they will underestimate our power, and we will have quite the force to deal with." *Trent walked over to Karin, waking her from her nap, and looking to his new allies.* "We have to go now."

If Tiki recognized his own name, or understood who was being spoken to, or what Trent meant by "lyrics," he gave no indication, and treated Dameon as though he were speaking to him.

"We require a rest, yes, obviously, but not here." His voice was only different very subtly. "This is a strange wilderness. We need someplace safe, and someplace secure. After all, if we're as weakened as you say, we'll all..."

He paused, as if for dramatic effect, but the rest of the line never came. He stared at nothing for a minute, before falling back into a reclined seat.

"Meow."

Sirence interjected, "I would certainly like to know what the recent happenings are!" He looked mildly disgruntled. "Let me in on the group joke! Who are you anyway?" He looked from Justice to Tiki to Trent and Karin. Sirence looked back at his brother expecting answers in his own way.

Dameon still didn't want to move but he did have to conceed the point to Trent, the oasis wasn't a bad idea. "Mmm, you and Sirence would likely benefit from a dip in the oasis..." He looked to the baffled Sirence as he seemed to expect an explanation. Dameon shook his head lightly at his brother, for some reason he just didn't feel in the mood to recap the scenario. "I'm sure if you ask Trent he will kindly explain to you. Besides, if I do it I'm likely to bruise an ego, or leave one unfulfilled." He didn't smile or smirk as he said this. When he finished talking his attention went right back to the sleeping Sairi.

Dameon nodded, "Well, unless we would consider "Safety" in the vastness of public which would tell us to head up to Aeccestane, the oasis seems like the only other idea. So, the descision is one of three. Do we stay here? Do we go to the Oasis? Or is it "safer" to go to Aeccestane?" He looked around at each of them briefly as if seeing what their faces had to say.

Justice shrugged. "I'd say the oasis is our best shot, personally." She said offhandedly, drawing things in a patch of dirt with a stick that she had picked up off the ground.

"To the Oasis it is." Contay said and offered her hand to help Sirence up. She watched the girl she had left Sairiel with earlier lift the barrer of the dragon queen over her shoulder but let it be. "If we are leaving then let us do so quickly..." She dusted herself off before checking Sirence's balance again and walking beside him on his way down the mountain, a chill was falling on the mountain and she worried for Sairiel but knew that Dameon would keep her warm for now.
