Looking toward her, he pulled his wings around his body once more. "How so?" he said, rather curious as to what she was talking about. "How am I confusing?"

"You send mixed signals, that's how!" She crossed her arms, looking rather huffy. "You say you don't like having someone but yet you allow me to stay here. Which is it? Do you like company or not?" Her jaw dropped as she took notice of his wings. How could she have missed them before? She brought her hands up to her face, cooing softly. He was like a giant birdy!

Hearing her first words, he pushed them aside after seeing her reaction. "Wh..what? What is it?" As he spoke he flapped his wings slightly out of habit.

She shook her head while squealing. "Nooooothing~" She giggled and hopped up and down, hands over her mouth.

He pulled his wings straight behind him, out of sight, before giving her a peculiar look. "Really now? You go from yelling at me to being giddy, and I'm supposed to believe that it's nothing?"

She nodded her head and placed her hands behind her back. "I promise it's nothing... Much." Grinning she giggled again, crossing her fingers.

He kept his peculiar look about him, not sure what to say. "Ooookay then..?" He then laid back, wrapping his wings around his form as he went back to looking up at the sky.

She smirked as he laid back down. It was now or never. She pushed off the wall and ran straight for him. "Death from above!" She yelled out allowing herself to fall forward and, if all went well, onto him.

He took her weight with an "Ooof". Looking at her with a really confused look, he said "Wh...what are you doing?" He wished to roll away, but did not wish to simply toss her aside and possibly hurt her, thus he had no other choice but to just lie there, waiting for an answer.

Smiling she looked at him and laughed. "You're like a big birdy!" She cooed again and sat up, reaching out to touch one of his wings.

He wasn't entirely sure what to do at this point, all he could bear to say was, "Am I to take that as a compliment?" He simply continued to lay there, his wings still wrapped tight around his body as if to protect himself from this person.

She purred softly as she petted on of his wings. "Take it anyway you please..." She blinked and jumped up, looking down at him. It had just now hit her. Even though she knew where this man lived she did not now something ever more important. His name. "I... I'm Emiko!" She extended her hand to him.

Blinking slowly, he still wasn't sure what to take of this. Just what was her agenda anyway? Either way, he felt no harm could come from a name, so, he extended one wing, unveiling his arm. He held it up towards the woman, softly saying, "Tourne. My name is Tourne."

She laughed nervously and scratched her head with her free hand, the other taking his. "I'm sorry, I should have introduced my self earlier." The sun's ray reflected on her watch and her gazed at it. Eyes wide she pulled her hand from his and brought it closer to her face. "Oh... Crap."

After shaking her hand, he pulled his own back, covering it back up with the wing. As he heard her reaction to the sight of her watch, he couldn't help but inquire. "What's wrong? Are you late for something?"
