At my last hospital, we had a Great Dane who'd come in regularly for nail trims- that was always a challenge.^_^

He was a great dog- but you hardly ever meet one who'll just hold out a paw and let you trim.

He'd just stand up, dragging the two of us where ever. The table had a faucet, too, and it was activated by one of those levers- not the knob that turns. He'd flip that lever up on his way and bump the faucet over the edge of the table and drag us through the spray.
