o.O It wasn't supposed to be an insult; You shouldn't take it that way. It was just a comment; Clearly you like your avatar the way it is, and that's great. But why enter it into our own little avatar arena? As I said, your avatar bores me because it's been the same for, like, two years.

In fact, I thought my last post was downright friendly; We agreed on something, I thought. -I- was making an effort to be nice, anyways.

But fine, you want a rating? I'd say... About a 4/10. Pre-boredom. There seems to be no method to the madness. There's -almost- a decent color scheme of red/black/white, but then, at random, the purple chick and the yellow flowers. I can't tell what it's supposed to be, unless you're the grim-nutcracker, lover of young birds and the night? And even then, the styles clash. You've got the smooth chassis of the nutcracker, which actually does work well, I think, with the cape. Reminds me of an anime character, can't remember the name now damnit. Anyways, combined with the fairly smooth and angular glove (On only one hand??), it clashes with the very baggy pants, and then sneakers. And then the shadow demon seems to be just thrown in there. The moon works, assuming you're trying to be a super hero of some sort, and I'm guessing that the flowers are supposed to represent PLG. Though they still clash with everything else. And yeah, the chick is random too.

And, of course, points taken away for never updating it. It's not that you rarely update it; That'd be fine. And, really, I'd have no reason to complain about you never updating your avatar if you hadn't posted in this thread, but you did, and now I've got to judge it, after having looked at it for, what, 2 years? With only minor changes, if any? Give me something different to look at, for God's sake! To me, it's like you've worn the same exact outfit for as long as I can remember, adding or removing "flair" if anything, and now you want me to tell you what I think about it. The first time I saw it? I might have had good things to say about it. After so long? I actually still managed to compliment some of it, objectively. But I'm still sick of it. It bores me to tears.

If you can't take my telling you how I feel about it, don't put it out there to be judged.

Very pretty, but there's a bit of a clutter effect going on and the scarf is throwing me off. I like the way you balanced the gold, and the clutter makes sense, though, so I'd say an 8.
