Evilconqueso Out of curiosity, is there some way to easily transfer my status from Travian to a post on Gaia?
I like keeping you guys updated, but it's starting to be a hassle, especially with how quickly I keep building up my resources and military.
Also, any chance I can get an Alliance invite sent to a RL friend that joined? His newbie protection should be wearing off soon, and the more gauls the merrier, no? This is a good question. Perhaps, View Source, and clever use of find and replace? I am not sure. It is hasslesome, which is why I've been slacking off on the updates a little more than I'd like, myself. Edit: Also T-30 until I annex my first oasis. surprised ! Editv2: Oasis annexed! The 25% increase is applied directly to the base field production and rounded. I wonder if I have to station troops there to defend it now. Also, if I do, where does their wheat upkeep come from? Editv3: Yay Pix!

Getting someone else from our alliance to hit him would let him know exactly what it means to raid someone from our alliance. If he wants to keep it up, I want to shut him up. Unless, of course, you guys want to beat me over the head with the peace-stick again? evil *grumps* You make it sound like I LIKE doing that. sad

I've been generous; I sent back the (minimal) proceeds from my one raid against Mae, and I've released all 70some odd soldiers of PMs that ended up in my traps... with the understanding that I'll not mess with Mae (who seems quite nice and was upset about being stuck in the middle), and that the next time PM decides to take a swing at me I'm going to poke his eyes out while his alliance mates point and laugh. :p

...oh, right. Your arms get tired. Forgot. Anyway, If the fellow hits you, feel free to knock him around, or tell me to. You can just hold his soldier for a while, and I'll beat people up. I've found it's quite profitable!

Last person I beat relentlessly into the dust asked to join the alliance. ninja ...unfortunately, I keep going down on the list of "Large, Impressive Nations Within the Holy Modist Empire" Which makes me sad. I need me a new city. Quickly. evil EDIT: Whoa. Time to upgrade. Because of upkeep, I only gain.....4 wheat an hour. What do you guys think? I was hoping I could build my army up a bit more than that, but I guess not.

Is there any point to me having a large standing army, or should I just get defensive as well?
I built it rather for retribution attacks, and nobody is letting me make any such attacks. emo

Build up an army, divide it into raiding parties of 15-30, and send them to anything weak within an hour or two away.

Presently, Bally has 31 troops trapped in this guys traps, and only has 8 Thunders free at present. He's away and ogre is sitting (I'm sort of backup). Not sure how hard it will be to get them out of there, given that heavy trapping is very easy.

You're a Teuton, man. Think like one! Ow. I'm insulted. I own everything within two hours of me that isn't under alliance protection. I know I'm a tueton. But dangit, I want a real battle, instead of little piddly raids!
