Eli closed his eyes and listened intently. Slow, low beat, quite depressing, but beautiful none the less. As is becoming common place, this girl was beginning to impress him more and more. He cared not the melody or pitch. He loved music of all forms. He wondered what humans were listening too nowadays. Its been ages since anything different came to these dark halls.

She waited until she was sure he was well away from the room before Serenity ventured towards the door again. Quietly opening it she held her breath for a few moments, straining to hear anything. She could make out his footsteps descending the stairs, but nothing else that made her fret. So with light-footed steps she quietly left the room, turning and going towards the back of the house. SHe had found earlier an ivy vine that climbed up the wall and around the window on the this story. She could use it to get down and out of the house. Maybe she could go looking for the rest of the girls. Maybe they could find a way home together...having already dismissed the demon's words of not escaping she had a great amount of hope within her that she would be able to escape from his clutches....despite his attractiveness....

Kira looked back to the keys. "I can't remember the rest of the song." Kira said sadly as she struck random cords, their eeiry tune echoing in the great room. "I'm sorry." She continued playing those sad cords.

Kira blinked, surprised at this upbeat music, being made my the demon beside her. "Never would have thought. Do not worry; I wouldn't tell." She affirmed.

Picking out the key of the music he was playing Kira added a second part, nicley complimenting the more upbeat music.

SErenity found the window again with ease, her ability to remember things at top notch, opening it quietly adn slowly. She didn't want to alert her captor that she indeed was trying to escape. Pausing when it was open she leaned out to peer around to make sure no one was near. She saw nothing so easing herself up onto the window sill was easy, but it took concentration to keep her movements quiet. Moments later she began to ease herself onto the vines that surrounded the window and was very glad when she found they trully would hold her slight weight. That was a relief. Carefully climbing down she paused every now and then to listen to her surroundings.
Quickly reaching the ground she waited again before moving away from the house. TAking one last look she started for the very large tree not even ten feet away. Hopefully she could get to it and the forest behind it before the demon even thought to check on her again.

Making it to the tree she swiftly hid behind it, panting. She hadn't been caught...yet... A sigh of relief made it past her lips as she sank to the ground with her back against the tree. She could probably afford to rest for just a few moments before continuing on into the forest. Maybe she would even be lucky in Li not coming for her....

She was shocked into silence when Li had suddenly appeared and grabbed her arm. As he dragged her back to the house she tried to gain her feet, but couldn't and nearly fell several times, only catching herself by using her free arm to grab onto the demon. She hated the fact that she had to grab onto him, but there was nothing else she could do. She felt tears slowly start to trickle down cheeks, feeling almost all hope disappear of ever escaping.
"You jerk!" she whispered heatedly. What she hated most was when people made her cry; when that happened she tended to grow a little violent. Trying to wrench her arm from his grasp she swung around her right foot to kick him in the shin.

Though tears blurred her vision she nearly fell when he did and dodged his erach when he tried to grab for her again. "You are a cruel jerk!" she yelled as she stumbled away from him, trying to run for the forest again. She knew that it was nearly hopeless, but she would try anyway, she was too stubborn to remain captured.
