"Oh come on, he's not that heavy!" said Sword as he climbed out of the hole. He looked back down, and then at poor Rusty.
"Wow... I didn't know it was that deep."

Rusty smiles at Sword. Meeky looks between the two of them, stopping her gaze on Sword.
"Fine, then you can lift him out. He has no grip with those gauntlets so we'll have to tie him up and then lifet him out. I guess I should have done that before I climbed out huh?" Meeky hops back into the hole, tying the rope around Rusty then climbing back out, smiling sweetly at Sword.
"Well, have fun lifting him out, I'm off to get some food!" She turns to Chibi, "Would you like to join me?"

Meeky tilted her head and put a finger to her chin.
"What happened here? Well that'll be hard to explain since we don't even know. We're trying to figure it out right now, care to help us?" She suddenly looked excited. "It'll be an adventure! We can go out hunting everyday, searching for clues and gathering treasure, while destroying things and then we can come back each night and get drunk and party!!"
Down in the hole Rusty was looking more and more concerned as Meeky continued rambling on.

Meeky pauses and thinks about it.
"Well, there is a cat around here who seems to have survived quite nicely and so, I'd trust his judgment and say things will be fine!" She grabs Chibi's hand and takes off towards the main building. "And now, FOOD!"

"Haa? Wait, where are you-" And so, Sword watched Meeky and the little girl (was she a little girl?) run away. He stood, arms akimbo, and glared in their direction.
"Oh sure, leave me to do the menial work! ...er... Not that it's a burden! Really!" he added nervously.
"Now, let's get you outta this hole you're in, Rusty!" With that said, Sword took the rope in hand and pulled as hard as he could.

Rusty felt a slight tug on the rope, but that was about it. He glared at it, blaming Meeky for his situation. It was not fun sitting in a damp hole. He could feel his bottom rusting already. . .

"Grrr.... c'mon...." Sword was pulling with all his might, but the rope wasn't moving at all.
"Help me out here, Rusty!" He took a deep breath and pulled again.
In fact, he pulled so hard that-- "GAH!" --he lost his balance and fell over backwards.
"Ow..... "
