To be completely honest (and I've nearly beat the third game now...it's been fun getting all the items/things out of each one possible even if it makes me log in like 60 hours a game...lol) I've been seriously wanted to rejumpstart the guild and I do agree...it's been too long a time, we do need to start afresh...too many characters gone (and people) leave us not much choice. sweatdrop I've been trying to get Roots (I have the first 2 of 6 DVD's) and also find Dusk, so I know even more about what's been going on. I know I'm behind when it comes to these things, but that's all been a lack of cash, not a lack of wanting to know D8
The core concepts still work, but...definatly need a new storyline.

I luff the RP (waiting for a response and one other person on Gaia are all I really log in for), but I'm going to be far too braindead for, like, ever to write out a coherent plot. Thinking up a new character? Maybe. But not an overarching plot to be followed by several others. My book writing is already on ridiculous hold. I'm more than willing to become active again for the guild. And that actually doesn't have anything to do with battle, although I am in the mood for a free casual MMO.
But yeah; I don't get too much free time (and some of it is taken up by Kingdom of Loathing) and I'm going to be mostly braindead on weekends.
I will be here, though! I miss this place, but I've been away so long I can't even recall when the last time I complained about having 56k was (I fixed that problem, by the way biggrin ).

I understand the need for something new Maru to kick up the rp again. BUt with all the time spent on Hana and such I don't think we need to discard old characters.
I know we had the idea of having to World 2.0 to go along with the new G.U. games. I like the idea of seeing our group in the new world and how they will fit in all of it after all the s**t they went through in the first one.
I know there was still the issue of the mistress that we haven't resolved as far as I know so she could start coming back. I watched Roots but I haven't been able to play any of the GU games. I hope that we can get this thing running again. ^_^

Yeah; seeing the same ol' characters in the new World would be fun. We wouldn't have to do too much, I think. With //Roots and //G.U., there's enough source material for the world (and not -just- the World), it's just the plot that needs a spot of work.
And since the //Roots//G.U. series was intended to be a bit darker, I'd say the Mistress line of things works far too well. twisted
High-speed internets rock well enough that I should finally be able to finish //Roots, too! Ha! Fundage rocks, even if it never feels like enough.
Time to find some anime! BWA-hahah! Overlord! Overlord! O~VER~LO~RD!!!

So, now that I've had some time to go over some old posts (as in, ancient. I used to be 15? Blasphemy!) I'm left wondering if there's some way to get back all the posts from 'The World's other 'servers.' I like being able to re-read what I've written, so...
I mean, it's been ages, so I understand if there's no way. Jus' wonderin' is all. biggrin

Sadly, we can't...Sab deleted all the old servers so that means we can't get any of that stuff back at all, so bascially what you see here is what we got anymore. (Personally i'd of just made a subforum for all old threads to get dumped into, but that's me xd )

He meant to make the sub forum and accidentally deleted them. It made me sad too. But I remember most of it.... maybe if I can think of it all I can post the history as I remember it and you mods and edit and add what I forget.....

It's not so much what happened that I'm interested in; it's -how- it happened. I loves the readin's. biggrin
I pretty much remember most of what happened, so I'm actually fairly alright with not having them.
I just miss 'em is all.
Finally got all of //Roots, so maybe I'll watch a few episodes this weekend.
Also: Hurray for normal clothes! That is all. ;D

Still waiting to get more of Roots, haven't finished Vol three yet (of GU), currently waiting to see if I've won a breedables shop I'm dying to get (bid's up to 11.5 million gold) and that ends tomorrow at 4pm Central....and I'm currently suffering a cold that decided to hit me in the night xp I hate feeling stressed and miserable... gonk

I'm thinking we should make a thread in Role Play OOC Subforum, so that we can subscribe to it and notice it more easily than this.
And I also think we could brainstorm up ideas in that thread, and try to think of what we should do.

*snickers* Not a hell of alot...I got plans to redo the whole guild, but right now without net and being busy irl, it's been put to the backburner till I get things in my life settled into some sort of semblance so I can think and plan. xp
