After the last of the guards fell, Orland stood up straight. He just stood there, not wanting to intrude upon anything.

Raith and all the others only could here whispers Marthel lafed and said "go back now Deter" Marthel chuckled to him self and saw Deter jump back on Raith head.

Raith asked Deter, "What'd he tell you?"
Deter merely said, "It's a secret, duh!"
Raith was pissed. His curiousity usually got the better of his moods and now it was making him annoyed at his step-son and his partner.

Zelkmaster Turning back to the man he had not met before, "First, how do you know Orland, and second, you still didn't give me the pleaseu of knowing your name. I got to know these two under...well...strange circumstances, but that is another story." He wondered what Marthel was telling Deter... "I met the frightful little man earlier in the forests." Reinward began. "and my name is Reinward" he said as he held out his hand. "and you are?"

((No, I don't think it is too late...I just joined not too long ago))
Raith put off his bad mood for a little bit to be cheerful to the new person he had just met. "Nice to meet you Reinward!"
He then looked around him. A lot of the villagers were staring at them in horror as they saw the dead guards. One cried out, "You fools! You have doomed this village! After the king finds out what you have done, he will damn this city into his own personal hell!"
Seforaith looked around. He couldn't allow these people to suffer because he had decided to pick a fight with a few guards. He then said, "Fine, then I will destroy this king and make sure that he harms no one again!!!"
Raith's companion's looked at him weirdly. His overconfidence had definitely made them loose respect in him. The villager spoke out again. "What? You think a bunch of fighting trash like you has a chance against the king?! You've gotta be nuts!!!"
Raith blushed violently. ((yes...how a man can blush violently is beyond me but it happened)) The villager sighed. He held out a scroll. "Take this," he ordered.
Raith walked over and took the parchment. As he unrolled it, it turned out to be a map. Raith began to ask, but the villager interupted him. "This is a map to find one of the three legendary Blades of Sevrentonie. It's power is the only thing that can stop the king. The king holds one of the three, and that leads to another. The third has been lost and no one has been able to locate it. It might be in the hands of another warrior, but no one will know. With the power of that sword, take down the king, and bring peace to this land!"
Raith nodded. "I will undertake this task to find one of the Legendary Blades of Sevrentonie." Seforaith then turned to the people around him. "I am not asking you to join me in this quest that I must undertake, but if you wish, I will enjoy your precence. Will you join me?"

"I shall join you" Marthel said to Raith. "Me and you should be able to get those two swords".

Orland stalked into the area, wondering what had happened since his absense.

Raith felt good. Out of the three possible companions, He had wanted Marthel to join him. It would give him a chance to get to know his son-in-law. Then he turned to Orland and Reinward. "What about you two. Will you come with us?"
((Why does Orland have to walk away at all of the important parts?!?!?!?! I vote that you know what is going on so I don't have to explain it again....haha, whatever))

Raith nodded his thanks to Orland. He awaited Reinward's answer. Although he had barely known him, Orland did and he seemed like an excellent fighter. He hoped that he would join the crew he was forming to quest for the legendary Blade.
