So wait, a LOWER dodge roll is what you want? If you have a 5/10 chance of dodging, wouldn't it make more sense that the roll would have to be higher than five to dodge, since that would increase the theoretical 'dodge rate'
Also, if this is the mechanic, then I need to edit my dodge before to reflect the negatives, since Jas' spell increases dodge rate (or decreases hit rate??? I dunno anymore. ;n ; ).

Or is dodge rate static unless altered by a spell (e.i. 5/10 normally, but when jas uses "Lightning heels" it becomes 7/10, therefore any number under 7 that is rolled is a successful dodge??)

I think the last one is actually right, I'm just being a dum dum and not being used to dice mechanics.

There used to be a list of 'status' things somewhere, but I think Feiyimei got hungry and ate it...

From what I can tell, you got it pretty much right. Increased dodge rate means you've got a better probability of rolling a number that'll let you successfully dodge. So normal dodge rate means you successfully dodge if you roll 5 and below, and with Jas's lightning heels, rolling seven and below will let you dodge.

I've never done PVP here, so I've never had to work with dodge rate before and I got confused. It makes sense now, I think. ou o and I edited my last post as Jas to reflect this.

[WEAPONS AND TECHNIQUES]

I think you got confused because there was a left over HP symbol next to the weapons. I gotta clean that >_>;

But basically weapons have been split in 4 categories based on their damage growth (4th one being the exception one).

Low End weapons deal a lot of damage at low levels, but have lower damage Cap end-game
End-Game weapon start with crappy damage but can deal higher damage at 100/100

No, I get that. Jas uses a staff, not a trident, which only does one damage with 15 skill points. But yeah. I should probably look at Jas' stats again because something is off somewhere.

Why do you have three weapons anyway? You know one of them is a free 15/100 right? I have no idea how you got the points to even unlock the other two, considering your level.

Classes used to give free weapons too at one point, which is where the trident came from. But I'm gonna go through and work out Jas' points when I get out of class.

Okay, so this is what happened. (I did math in writing class)
Starting points-30
I took a point from both hp and stamina, which added 10
So I started with 40.
I took the trident for free at some point, which I didn't realize?
So 15 points go into both thunder and staff for a total of 25 in thunder and 15 in staff.
I used five points to unlock dagger, which was the cost at the time to unlock weapons so I could take the job as a thief, which I can take back.
I actually screwed up leveling, so jasper should actually be level 2 I think. So that would be 15 more points, and the 5 leftover from before. I don't know what happened to those.
o- o;;
I'll make changes when I can get on my computer...
