The piebald dog smiled, then licked Temari's muzzle gently. "Come, now, it wasn't all your fault." She chuckled lightly. "Pups aren't always easy to keep track of, after all." Her tail wagged slowly as she stood. "Besides, sometimes there's things that are meant to happen. Maybe this was one of those things."

Temari sighed for a moment and glanced back at Cushti again. A sad smile worked over her face and she licked her friend back.
"I do hope you're right. I don't want anything to happen to any of these pups." Temari felt her heart squeeze for a moment, she did love pups, loved them to death. That was why it still crushed her that her own was gone.

Jamaa nudged his mate, "Don't worry, nothing will happen to them." Jamaa was just glad that she is safe, and somewhere out there Kizaki must be too. As long as he knows his family is safe then he is satisfied.
Here, however, he wanted to get Kizaki back to make Temari happier and to be absolutely sure she is safe...with her family. Jamaa's goal is to get her back, still obeying Dhati's rules that he put into place.
The taller dog licked Temari's ear. "You'll do fine."

Dhati listened and then sighed. "Good question, everyone see if you can find Twawa, I will go looking for her." With that he looked slightly annoyed and trotted to the borders where he would look for his annoying daughter.

This would be the best time to tell, Temari this for if this hunt were to turn out badly, he would never be able to tell her.
Jamaa nuzzled the female gently, "Temari....Jamaa's sorry about before, for yelling at you. I was just....." he cut off, he didn't know what to say to her. He yelled at her, scarred her, what was there to be said? "I'm just.....sorry." The male dropped his head and cut off his eye contact from her, he didn't deserve to gaze upon her right now.

The mother of six pups did little to calm herself down. Twawa was obviously missing along with a few other pups. She couldn't take this lying down! Angered, she paced the grounds. Was her selfish daughter simply out adventuring or had she been taken by something... different. She shuddered. Her mind quickly ran through her other pups, casting a sapphire gaze along the row of sleeping forms, Sayid, Mafuriko...
All four of them there. Mtanizi stirred, his wite and orange pelt visable amoungst the black and blue. "Mommm!" He bounced towards his mother with a grin. Mtanizi was very much alike his mother, they were both social loving and vert energetic.
Mataka suddenly felt calmed and moved to nuzzle her son. "Morning!" She beamed and wondered outside, looking to Dhati. "Any sign of Twawa or the others?"

Dhati turned, looking rather tired. "I found Twawa on the borders. She is off somewhere again but she won't be leaving the lands anytime soon." He smiled weakily at his mate and laid down exhausted. This was all so tiring.

Mataka moved foward to nuzzle Dhati in relief. "Thankfully." Althought Twawa could be a little difficult at time she was very glad that her daughter had not gone missing and that she was still within the borders. Mataka had heard of the dangers that surrounded these lands recently.

Dhati stretched and looked around. "Tomorrow we go look for the missing pup. If we find her safe then all will be well, I dont want to think of what might have happened to the poor pup." He looked around and smiled. "We all need to rest and then we shall head out looking."
