Tesunie I will give that, it is different, I just found that my D&D experience helps me make characters that aren't all powerful. Then again, if you look at Tesunie (not as a baby! That would be the wrong thread on that one), he has no weapons. I like to play characters that are kinda thrown into events beyond their control. I find it more fun when I have ti find a place for them, as they find it themselves. I also find it more fun to play a talking between characters than to have them fight. Don't ask why, I just do. yay that is more fun...i like puzzles the most...combat is just there for a little spice and some pressure to get things done faster (ie oh no the giant is coming, quick figure out how to unlock the door)

That may be true. I've only played one character in DnD, and his character was already decently developed previously in my WIP. -points to first pic in her sig- Right now he's taken to changing himself into a magic chinchilla and shoot lighting at people from his forehead.
Aaaand that... is why I've been in B/C RP for so long, and part of the reason I'm comfortable playing interaction between Nej and Nonriavi. I'm used to playing more than one character consecutively.

Donkeys do cry themselves to sleep because of Hilian's kicking. -nod-
Anywho, Hilian is an alchoholic wizard played by Phantom. I play the healer cleric Laerin who appears to be the only competent one in the group. We have a ranger who rolls more "1's than any other number, and a monk who runs off chasing bad guys, leaving his group way behind him. We hate his 50 speed.
It all makes sense.

It's good the healer's the competent one, since it sounds like they will need him so badly!

It's good Hilian's on Laerin's goodside. Because when he does get hit, he gets hit bad. -remembers the ranger shooting Hilian in the back- >.>
I love the B/C, it's my comfort zone and the people are generally nice if your in one of the high end shops. Speaking of, I've got two RPs over there to respond to too. XD -whistles innocently-

Darn Ranger . . . even after Laerin atoned him, he still messed up a lot. Ah well, he deals a lot of damage when he actually hits.

Unfortunately my energy level is at -9 so I better go sleep. gnight yall

(Better than getting hit by a fleash golem, with a crit non-the-less. I was reduced to negative.. oh what was that number again... -20? I was a sorcerer at level 1 in D&D, and your character dies at -10. I was OVER -20, if not -25... Ya, that was a lovely first fight for the character as well....)

Oh! Did I forget to mention that my two fighter guards went down to 0 and -6 in one strike each as well? I got hit the hardest. They got one 'normal' hit, where as I (with the lowest HP poll) got the crit.
