Siri just couldnt stop smiling at the little dear. Why did cubs have to be so darn cute?! She raised a black paw to ruffle the hair on Skuld's head. "I suppose cheetah's arent usually taught to sneak huh?"
It made sense really. When you had the speed of a cheetah, sneaking wasnt really in the vocabulary. They often relied on endurance and speed alone... and obviously it was enough to get them by. Siri certainly couldnt see them dying off anytime soon, anyways.
She was glad that she could help though. "Who knows, this just might give you the edge you need someday." It was her philosophy that learning as much as you could usually paid off.

"I might be gonna learn it sometime soon with mom, but I'm already ahead of my siblings!" she said excitedly. Oh, she'd have to show her mother her new trick! The young cheetah's tail flicked with happiness.
"I'm sure I'll be able to use it more than once," Skuld agreed with a happy nod. She twitched an ear, realizing that it was getting a bit late. "I think I'd better be off, I don't want my mom to worry!" Skuld said with a hint of urgency in her voice. No, she didn't want to be late and make her mom worry again... She'd done that on countless occasions, she always just had to see what this and that was, and often it kept her out late, tracking it down. "It was nice to meet you, Si! I hope to see you again, and thanks for the lesson!" She said as she bounded off... She could tell by the sun that she was already late again.

"Have fun with that." Siri watched as the young cheetah sprinted off into the distance. She always enjoyed meeting cubs, and this one was clearly no exception.
Humming slightly to herself, she padded off in the other direction, away from the setting sun, and from the small cub who was probably gearing up to sneak pounce her mother or siblings... or both.
Life was good.
