Citrimax, since you're a Lost fan do you think Claire is dead, from seeing last nights episode? I think she is since she was with her dead father, sadly.
I really hate the evil, ruthless, frieghter people. They piss me off!

Rugrats, Salute Your Shorts, My Brother and Me, Double Dare, Wild and Crazy Kids, What Would You Do, DOUG!!!<3, Hey Arnold, Caitlin's Way, All That, Kenan and Kel, As Told By Ginger. Dude, these shows I used to watch when I was a kid!

Like old Nick from 1990-1995.

Who remembers Alvin and the Chipmunks? Not the new Alvin (it's AWFUL crying ) but the old Alvin?

Alllvin, Siiimon, THEODORE!! xd

Alvin and the Chipmunks totally rock my socks, I loved them when I was a kid. I just bought the Christmas 10th Anniversary DVD and the Chipmunk Adventure for kicks, and watched them both. They're so cute. Disney just HAD to ruin it with that new movie. crying Just like Underdog.

What about Anime fans?

I know Ninja Turtles (the old ones) were my favorites, and I know Biyanka used to watch them as well, we grew up on things like that! biggrin

ALLLLLVIN! <3333 You right, Rami. Disney just HAD to go and ruin it. crying I refuse to watch the new movie, it's totally against what the Chipmunks used to be. In fact, anything that uses feces as a joke (as it showed in the preview) is enough to make me shy away >_<. That's NOT how The Chipmunks were.

Oh my gosh, Ninja Turtles!!!!! My life was complete when I was able to eat Taco's and watch Ninja Turtles. I loved the dear show. I actually bought the first movie a couple months ago, I love it! I don't like the new TMNT and so on, that just seems a little silly, but not as bad as Alvin.

I guess I was too young to remember the older Alvin and the Chipmunks. I do remember there movies like meetin frankinstien and the werewolf.

Do any of you remember Freakazoid? Or Dinosaurs, where people were in big dino costumes, and the baby dino would hit the dad and say, "Not the Mama!"

I totally miss, As Told by Ginger. That was a good show for me to understand how middle school would be like.

I loved As Told By Ginger, but I was already in high school when it started so I thought it was a little silly. I do like it a lot though xd . Caitlin's Way was my show. I love it when Biyanka and I get together and watch it on the DVR. It's really hard to believe, but yes, we ALL did act that dorky when we were 14 or so! Heck, we acted that dorky when we were 16.

Quote:
I looked across the street, watching some little twelve and thirteen year-old teeny-boppers make fools of themselves-smoking, trying to act cool, pushing each other, screaming and swearing so loud I could hear them. I had a sudden recollection of Mark and me at twelve, smoking our heads off, clowning around, hoping someone-usually some little long-haired chick-would notice us and see how cool we were. All of a sudden it seemed like I was a hundred years old, or thirty at least. I wondered if, when I got to be twenty, I would think how stupid I was at sixteen. When I remembered us, it didn't seem possible that we had looked as silly as these teenyboppers, but I guess we had. At least then we weren't worried about looking silly. We were sure of ourselves, so sure we were the coolest things to hit town. Now I wasn't so sure.

That totally describes how I feel now.

Taking that note from That Was Then, This Is Now is excvellent! That's how I feel now, at 20, looking back at how I acted at 16.

I think a lot of us feel that way.

We all have moments where we think, "Oh gosh, why did I say/do that? I was sooo silly." it's just the way things are when we were growing up.

Like, when I was a kid, I used to be so into shows like Power Rangers and so on, but now if I catch it a little bit older, I couldn't imagne watching it now. It's the same way when you're six years old and you realized you grew up on Barney and Mr. Rogers. =)
