I've fought Kisame himself, and he is only a fraction as powerful as this guy, perhaps it was because i used the wrong strategy, who knows. We need to rescue the squad and move out, the hostages have an idle poison inside them, whenever he activates them, they will die. So we need to work fast to get the posion out."

Drake tried to do what he said imagining the water freezing into a mirror shape. Only half of the mirror showed before it broke.
