Aching Heart
Why do you look at me in distaste?
What do your eyes say,
and like to make haste
away from my gaze without a say?
Eyes lock me out,
with a heart as cold as ice.
Deny your hearts' desires with a pout,
Just know I know your price.
I'd willingly give my heart,
for you to hold and care,.
Please do not part,
for you are my air.
There's nowhere else I'd be,
Just for you to be here with me.

A Bond of Beauty
What art piece do you
consider beautiful?
Beauty is in the beholders' eyes,
do you think she is beautiful?
She walks with grace,
therefore she must be.
Right you are but wrong too,
is there nothing else you see?
In her frame,
alone, she is a beast.
See how she smiles to fool?
How she uses her beauty to
make men crawl on their knees?
After seeing who she really is,
I want to ask you this.
But what is it you seek me to see?
Do you still see her as beautiful
as before?
All things created must be.
You're still young and blind my son,
you do not see,
the world I see.
Not all things are created to be beautiful.
