It wasn't long before her walk brought Sanri near Raide's garage, curious as to why she was here and not with that eccentric scientist, she moved, knocking on the garage door and leaning against the wall to wait for an answer. She glanced up at the sky while she could, the sky missing so many stars because of pollution. It was quite sad really.

"Door's open!" she cried out, diving back in. "Not myths, poisons. I dunno, it was giving me a headache. I just hope she gets out of it and goes back to the sunblock thing for the hatchlings. That last batch of hers nearly fried me."

"Good night, Sanri," Wilhelm said cheerfully. "Sleep well?"

Mercury smiled into her new batch of poisons. "Ah, his name is Jeremy. Or was when I started, he's lost quite a bit of his mind already." she smiled gesturing to her subject, He would be coming awake soon enough, she could start again when he did. Her attention turned to her guest. "You just come to say 'hi'?" she teased setting her chemical cocktail down on her table. This one had a feel to it, it would be a very colorful new poison. such an Idea she had gotten working on the...what was it again? She had been working on something before hand...Oh well it would come to her once she was finished with this little side-project.

Mercury Filled one of her many Syringes with the syrupy greyish red fluid of her new poison. "You Caught me right in the middle of something." tapping the sides of the instrument to remove any lingering air bubbles she squeezed the end ever so slightly till the tip of the needle budded with the deadly toxin. "I could use some intelligent conversation though, Everyone seems to be avoiding my Lab recently." She moved over to her victim, patting his cheek to make sure he was fully aware when she inserted the needle into his wrist.

The human was reluctant to come awake, his body knew there would be only more pain to come from being conscious once more. Slowly he was coming around. "Well I've not been out from my Lab for about a month now. Since I grabbed my last batch of humans. How are the current events going topside? Any recent sitings?" She smiled warmly at Vasago, even as her victim came into awareness struggling weakly a look of hopeless despair written on his face.

"Aren't we all... I've been working nonstop myself." She sighed lifting the human's chin to slide the needle under the skin on his neck, He whimpered as she emptied the poison into him. A wave of shining opalescent color spread out from the site of her injection traveling along the blood vessels in all directions. "I'm just testing a new venom here, Human subjects seem to succumb to it readily enough. Though what I would do to test in a battle." The poison was traveling to the human's heart and brain, and he spasmed against his bonds. He would have screamed more had his throat not been raw from it already. The poison glazed over his eyes as it started taking effect, Mercury watched placing a hand against her experiment's wrist measuring his pulse and increasing temperature.

Mercury nodded "I was testing it on Coux-Joe till he became immune to it." She had used lower weaker doses of the test poisons to gauge a reaction from a werewolf in her pet. The werewolf flinched from the memory, retreating from the conversing vampires to hide under her desk. the human's pulse was an almost constant thrum now, and his skin burning to the touch. Mercury debated briefly if she should administer her antidote and attempt to save the human for another experiment, but no. His immune system would be irreversibly compromised, more immune to such treatment than before, and not a good base for her ministrations. She could hear it as his heart escalated to a purr, his skin catching fire and burning even as he was strapped to the wall. The heart burst as he screamed from the fire's consumption. Mercury nodded her satisfaction smugly, then frowned "Oh, poo. that was my last human. Now I'll have to go hunting again."
