Valerie finished wrapping the girls arm then stepped back a good distance from the girl. "Oddities in the Attic. It's a thrift store basically, handed down to me by my godfather," She replied to the girls question as she herself took in the odd clothes and knick knacks that filled the place. " Your dress is completely ruined, go pick out something you like, theres a changing room behind the counter," she jerked her thumb in the relative direction of the tiny curtained room," If you find something suitable for you then you can have it, besides, I hardly ever get customers in here anyways and the prices are so cheap that everything might as well be free."

She looked up at her and studied her for a moment, then looked back down at her dress. "Yeah....thank you...." she turned and slowly began looking through the cloths with a lost expression on her face. There many sundresses in many colors. She found a green spagetti strap one with yellow trim that seemed to compliment her long red hair. She took it off of the rack and hesitantly went into the changing room. She was careful while moving her left arm, it was terribly sore. She pulled her dress off and stared into the body mirror. Her body was completely covered in dry blood and she had several small scars. She sighed and carefully pulled on her new green dress. She stared in the mirror again for a few minutes before deciding that she looked decent enough to return to the front of the shop. She opened the door to the dressing room and slowly stepped out.

Valerie watched as the shy girl stepped timidly out of the dressing room. Despite the speckling of dried blood on her arms and shoulders, the girl looked decent enough. "It's yours," she said diplomatically. Going back to the medicine kit she dug around and pulled out a roll of fresh bandages and a small tube of disinfectant. She set them on the counter where the girl could see them and said to her, "These will last you for about a week, by then the wound should be closed, unless whatever or whoever did that to you put poison on the weapon that struck you. Although, I think that is not likely, there were no signs of burning or disentigration in the wound so all that should be left is a scar." Walking around to the back of the counter she leaned down where a small refrigerator sat humming quietly. She took out a small bag of ambrosia, sandwiches,and four bottles of water. "These are yours too. Take the ambrosia in small amounts, it will boost your stamina. The sandwiches and water are just incase you can't find anything else. I don't have any money to give you or I would, so you'll have to make do." She hopped up onto the stool that wobbled under her weight as she pressed her hands to the counter top and spred her fingers. She couldn't decide wether or not to help the girl more, part of her mind told her it wasn't smart and the demons would definantly know if she had helped an Angel, the other part told her to be compassionate towards the creature and have mercy on her, but she couldn't make her mind up.

Robin's eyes went wide. This girl was being far more generous than she had expected. She shook her head, "no, I can't take all of that from you. it's not right, it's just not." She said quietly as she turned her gaze away from the objects. Robin looked outside, wondering where she would go next, she wished her friends were here with her, then maybe she wouldn't be so frightened

Arching an eyebrow Valerie stared at the girl as she looked out the window. She didn't know what to think of her...yet, she was entirely too mysterious to figure out. This fact made it all the more dangerous to help her, but the lost and unsure look in her eyes immediatly pushed the doubt out of Valerie's mind.She has nowhere to go, she thought,even if she did she still wouldn't be safe. A demon already has her scent,her blood, she would surely be attacked if she left. Valeria weighed the options in her mind, helping this girl would definantly interfere with her contentment in the store, but hasn't this been what she craved for? A purpose? This White Angel gave her the opportunity to escape the blandness of everyday routine. "Hey," she said, "If you don't have anywhere to go, or any friends to come pick you up...I have a spare bedroom upstairs. It wouldn't be any trouble letting you stay here for a while. And if you feel uncomfortable with me just handing this to you, I could always put you to work for me. This place is ALWAYS looking like a mess and I could use an extra pair of hands to get it all organized."

A very tiny smile came to her lips, but soon faded, "you really mean it?" she asked, unsure if the girl was just toying with her or not

"Seriously," Valerie replied with a genuine smile. This girl may be mysterious, but she was sincere and sweet none the less and character meant more to her than a bad reputation. "Since you obviously don't have a lot of belongings, and the spare room upstairs is nothing more than a bed,dresser,and closet, you're welcome to use anything down here in the store to decorate it with and use for clothing. Mi casa es Su Casa!"

"Thank you.......I really appreciate this...." she gazed around then walked over to the staircase and peered down it. Then very carefully descended down the short flight of stairs. Once she reached the bottom she slowly gazed around, it was a quaint little room, and that's just how she liked it.

Perched atop the balcony of the building across the street from Oddities in the Attic, Malachi sat,peeling an orange, amused as he watched the scene before him. His lovely little store clerk,Valerie, was doing something he himself had heard her repeat a thousand times over, that she would never do anything to get immediatly involved. What a hypocrit. The fact that she had let that filthy little excuse for an angel borrow a dress was unbelievable in it's self, but the fact that she looked to be offering the thing some kind of actual refuge was absolutely damning in his eyes. The thought made him a little remorseful actually, he had taken a liking to the down to earth store owner and had many "day dreams" about her. But what he saw down there in that store made him want to strangle Valerie.

Valerie watched as the young Angel made her way down the stairs to the spare bedroom. She hoped she liked it and made a mental note to go to the store to buy extra food, the little thing was so frail looking. Almost like a broken marionette without it's music to dance to. So lost and out of place. Then a thought crossed her mind abrubtly. She had never introduced herself to the girl, nor did she know the girls name. Odd, but I guess it can't be helped. She was bleeding and introducing myself would have been a bit stupid to do at a time like that... She shrugged the thought from her mind and decided to ask her when she came back.

Robin gazed around a bit before deciding to rest for a bit. She crawled up onto the simple but comfy bed and curled up into a ball. A few tears rolled down her cheeks as she suddenly felt a painful wave of home sickness. She missed her mother and father and her little brother. She missed the nymphs and the other angels. She missed the vast blue skies and the beautiful sparkling ocean. However, she did not miss the painful turmoil of war. The bloodshed, the screams, cries for help, she didn't miss any of it.

Sensing that the girl wasn't going to come back up from her room for a long while, Valerie went outside of the store and stared at Malachi. "Spying is a crime you know," she said to him not expecting any explanation as to why he was there.
"I'm not spying, I'm merely observing my prey," He answered grinning wolfishly.
"You leave her alone, she's not to hunt, she's my guest and as long as she is staying with me you are not allowed inside my shop. Understand?"
"Oh Valerie, You are such a prune when it comes to helping poor innocent creatures. Remember that stray kitten that had a broken foot? You wouldn't even let the tourists touch it you were so protective. Are you going to smother this child also with your care? Or are you going to let her spred her wings and fly away?" He had a point. She was a mother by nature, and with no child of her own to endure the care and love, she forced it on to random animals that she finds that need help. They all wound up running away in the end.
"Malachi, please leave before I call the Elves," was all she could muster up to say to him. Of course, he wasn't leaving.

(((I have no idea what to type, lol, so ill post a flashback......)))
After a few more minutes of all this Robin was soon sound asleep and was having a dream........
"Hey Robin, want to go pick some strawberries?" Came the voice of a sweet male. Robin turned around to see one of her dear friends, Victor, smiling at her. His soft blonde bangs hung just past the bottoms of his eyebrows and two large beautiful blue eyes stared into hers. In his hand he carried two small woven baskets. Robin gave a bashful smile as Victor held his arm out to her. She took one of the baskets from him and linked her arm with his, and together they strolled into the meadow in search of a patch of strawberries.
Robin smiled in her sleep and cuddled with her pillow

((yeah there wasn't much room for any interaction in my last post haha))
As the demon bounty hunter dissapeared from sight Valerie went back into the house and down the stairs to check up on the angel girl. Knocking quietly on the door to her room she called softly,"Hey, you awake in there? I'm making pancakes if you're hungry, but you'll have to get up if you want any."
