ElinciaFallanz Kyprioth07 Gothloli-chan No, I don't count GT as being canon, but not because it wasn't created by Akira Toriyama.
I hate it because there are so many plotholes, the characters' personalities are ALL wrong, and it pretty much sucks...
Vegeta's mustache stare
Goku acting unGokuish
Pan being a b****
Gohan sucking in general
These are just a few examples I thought most of these were fine, and semi-accurate. * Vegeta started his 'human-like' developments which lead to the mustache long before DBGT ('Bad Man' in Cell Saga - and yeah, he did seem to like that shirt). * Goku was fairly in character most of the time from what little I saw of DBGT. Mind, even Akira Toriyama screwed up the character's personality at times. Few would consider or notice it though because he is DB/DBZs creator. * Most of the lead females in DB/DBZ act like a bi*** how is this a new development? o.0. Akira Toriyama seemed to be of the mind that women PMS 24-7 and are easily distracted by shiny objects. xD * Gohan's suckage started long before DBGT. He became a pansy even before Buu Saga. And HELLO 'Great Saiyaman' or whatever it is in japanese (I am studying japanese but don't know ths one due to minimum ability to read kanji)? Even Akira obviously thought of him as a joke by the end of DBZ. That's the only explanation I can think of for why he reverted from Vicious SSJ2 badass back to his old, awful, wimpy and dorky self. =/ I agree, Gohan just lost his badassness when he decided to become "The Great Saiyaman" shortly after the Cell series. I lost interest after that and gave up until Super Buu popped up. I, however believe that the movies did happen. After all wouldn't Cooler not use his brother's "death" as an excuse to destroy the last of the saiyans and earth? Other than the SSJ4s I also liked the golden Great Ape and the short return of Pilaf.

Gohan "suckage" was at points.
After Cell, he got weak and useless. At the end of DBZ he got his nose in the books and became a scolar.
Seriously though the end of DBZ for Gohan was ergh, i mean after becoming the strongest unfused character, now back into a pansy which carried on throughout GT.

Me watching GT: "This is going to be so awesome, this is going to be so awesome... what's that s**t about Dragon Balls? Don't care, let's see SSJ4 and SSJ6 and SSJ10000000000 AMIRITE?!?!?! WHAT THE ******** HE'S KID GOKU NOW? CAN HE EVEN... wait... Kid Goku? isn't that a good thing, won't he live longer...? wait who cares let's see some explosions!!!!" And then I gave up till the fight with Baby>.<

If you like it then good for you. However, myself and a lot of other fans can't stand the series but it's not like I'm going to hate on people who do enjoy it, and neither should anyone else.

To me, not even SSJ4 makes GT worth watching. It's design is even sillier and more illogical than SSJ3 IMO.

You know, it all started with finish cell saga. After that, Akira Toriyama didn't really wanted to continue the series, but it was the FANS that pushed him in doing so, so he decide to end at the buu saga and THAT was the offical end of it.
So in my opinion and knowledge of this, I think the gt saga is not "canon," (thats what you guys call it right.) If its not made by the origianl manga artist (note: it never had one at start "yuck"), then it doesn't belong in the the DB and DBZ world AT ALL.
You might as well put that right next to that "dragon ball evolution" S**T! Realized i didn't capitalize the title of the movie to show its unimportants.

But, anyway, I know everyone's personality has to change at least a little, but in GT it was just......NO!
Goku became Vegeta.
Vegeta became Goku.
Pan became an annoying useless pain.
Not to mention all the plotholes.
(Also, seeing Krillin has turned into the Monopoly guy......I......I just can't look at that.... talk2hand )
