I'm acquiring the entire series of Space Cases right now. Seriously, it's killing me waiting for it. I haven't seen it in years and it was my favourite show.
...And it's what got me into science fiction shows in the first place. whee

Aki Ameko I don't remember space cases at all. eek It was like...9 years ago when I started watching... Could be the fact that it only lasted two seasons and I don't believe they syndicated it so there were no re-runs afterwards.

Only two?! I swear I thought there were at least three. Haha, I remember bieng so excited because it had Zach from Power Rangers. And of course I liked star trek back then, so anything with that kinda feel to it was awsome. I have to say, it always bugged me that the darn ship never had any weapons. I could never get over that.

Random bit of trivia: The actor who played Sulu on the original Star Trek had a guest spot on a Space Cases episode (don't ask me which one, it was too long ago... sweatdrop ) Mark Hamill (better known as Luke Skywalker from Star Wars) had a guest spot once too. smile

I was really little--I had no idea about seasons and reruns, so it seemed like the series lasted forever. And then it dropped off the face of the earth, and I was crushed. I just remember being really obsessed with Catalina and Susie--so obsessed that I wrote my first fanfics ever about them...

Yup, just two. If you go onto ww.imdb.com and type in Space Cases in Search it will show you that the series only lasted for a year.

Cylon Sith Lord I used to wish I had Catalina's hair. Along with wishing I could turn into a puddle like Alex Mack. I always wanted to be Susie. It was so great how no one believed Catalina and then-- BOOM! There I'd be as Susie... To be an "imaginary" friend would be the coolest thing ever. ... Just being on Space Cases would have been the coolest thing ever...

I always thought Catalina's hair was so cool. Back then, I would pretend to have it by spraying the hair coloring spray in my hair. I was such a goof!

I think I remember, when I was really little, running around for a few days and pretending I was Catalina. Whenever I didn't get my way, I screamed. Really loud. And then got spanked by my mother, but... ::shrug:: But I never had any hair dye...
